Works great. Easy set up. I really like the lift handle to remove the shredder to empty the collection receptacle

This shredder is solidly built and works well. I used it for a couple of hours (not continuously, but two or three times minute) right out of the box, and it worked fine. It also shreds fairly quickly. I didn't count how many pages it would take at a time, but it was fine for all the documents I shredded, which were mostly less than 8 pages each. It never jammed while I was using it (unlike other shredders I've used). I like that it has an automatic setting, so you don't have to push any buttons--you just push in the papers, and it turns itself on and starts to shred and then stops when it's done. Also, the shredded papers pack down smaller than I expected. It took a couple of hours of shredding to completely fill the basket. I'm hoping this will help me to stay more organized and avoid drowning in papers! I'm also planning to compost the papers I shred and use them as mulch in my yard.

Works great. Bought it used like new. My other was not a cross cut and would fill up quickly. I was concerned because this one was smaller, but after a few months, I still haven’t had to empty it yet! I wouldn’t necessarily call it quieter, but it does not have as high pitch noise as my other. Overall, I think it’s a great buy, especially for the price.

Good Quality Works as advertised

This is great for the price, you have to line up the paper with the slot carefully, my old one had plenty of room so you didn’t have any problem getting the paper in. My old machine lasted 20 years until I put in a credit card in the slot made for it and it destroyed my machine which cost 5times more than this one.

Bought this shredder in November of 2024. It lasted a year and 4 months. It just stopped working this week. We never had an issue with shredder. We always shredded one sheet at a time or receipts which is mainly what we used it for. We also didn't over use it like as in every day. It was great into it wasn't. We even YouTube to see what we can do for it to start working. We cleaned the shredder, plugged it in and nothing. For something to only work a year. It's not worth the price.
