I really loved my cup I only had in two weeks and I dropped it and it broke so really sad about it. But it works really good and if you do not put the straw in and use a little lid has a little closure we seal it liquid doesn’t leak out.

I really like the cup. It’s very durable and love that it comes with a stainless steel straw.

I love this water cup. I put ice and water in it and we were gone for about three hours and they were still ice in it when I came back and I love the way. The lid is spill proof. It’s easy to hold and I love that. It’s clear so I know how much water I’m drinking during the day. Thank you.

So far, so good. I purchased this for my daughters car rides. The lid stays on, no leaks or drips. It has a straw hole on top with a plug to keep tightly sealed when not in use. It's double walled and seems to keep drinks cold longer, tho not specifically a "thermal" cup. I have had similar cups that ended up with moisture between the walls of the cup. I believe this was bc I didn't hand wash, and over time the heat from the dishwasher ruined the seal. So I am now washing by hand,band so far, so good. I would recommend this cup, and will purchase a second one as a backup.

I didn’t realize it was already cracked when it arrived. I should have looked at it more carefully as the white box the cup comes in was crushed. I should have just packed it up and returned it. I thought it would be okay, and I have used it twice. Both times it has leaked at the lid, as it doesn’t make a completely solid seal. After I used it the first time with iced coffee, I realized the lid was cracked - probably as a result of the crushed box. It was only evident after it got stained by the coffee and you can see where the crack is. I would like to return it as I will not risk it leaking on my hand again, hopefully it is returnable as it has been used. I not not recommend this product, so many better cups out there.

Obtained as a Christmas gift for myself; three solid months of use multiple days a week. Here's my experience. First, I bought this for two reasons -- leakproof lid (so I can stuff it in my work bag without worrying it will fall over) and it is clear and colorless. I wanted this more than anything so I could decorate the outside with a vinyl decal. It was very handsome upon arrival and I haven't had any issues with leaks. While it claims that it is safe to use for both hot or cold drinks, I truly cannot recommend, in good faith, adding anything but already cold, iced or cooled-down brews to this tumbler. If you add anything remotely warm, it causes the inner layers to fog, which happened immediately on my first use. This also meant that cold brews caused condensation on the inside wall (rather than the outside). It was less than a week before the inner layer began to rattle and then freely move from the outer layer of the cup. Within that first month, it had completely separated, making the whole thing rather useless. Broken. So sad. Determined to get a little more mileage out of it, I thoroughly cleaned each layer, let them dry, and used fine jeweler-grade glue around the rims to secure the inner and outer layers. For a little while, this did the trick. I do love the stainless steel straw and straw brush for cleaning. It is a little difficult to screw on the lid evenly sometimes, but I'll let that slide. In terms of cleanliness, it could use some extreme improvements. The silicone seals around the lid and straw area get very grimy, with the area around the straw quickly becoming irreparably coffee-stained. It claims to be easy to clean even though it is definitely not dishwasher safe and yes, you will have to remove these seals to clean around them properly unless you want mold issues. Because it is a very solid leak-proof seal, it will get moldy fast if you were to leave coffee in it on accident. Also, they do not sell replacement silicone seals. Unfortunately, the work I did to keep the whole thing put together has only been a short-term solution. Hand-washing it today, there is now water and dish soap trapped within the layers, and I'm sure before too long, it will either come apart again or I will, sadly, move to replace the whole thing. Overall, I'm really disappointed, and will be looking elsewhere.

This bottle is very durable and good quality. It came quite quickly with everything that was described and it was neatly packaged. I purchased it to increase my water intake and I can say it definitely helped. I would say this bottle suits cold drinks, coffees, water, and teas. The lid and straw hole are very secure and leakproof. I like the design of the bottle too which was one of my factors for purchasing it. It's simple and the bottle doesn't stain or yellow which is amazing. However, since it is plastic I recommend using a soft sponge for cleaning to prevent scratches. I've had it for a couple of weeks now since purchasing it because I wanted to wait to test it out before reviewing it and I have no complaints so far— it's a very good product. My only surprise was that the 24 Oz bottle was bigger than I expected but it's probably because my grip is a bit too small. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I like that it’s super insulating and overall I was very happy with it, but one day outside part just fell off, the whole cup came apart. I didn’t drop it or anything so it just isn’t the best quality after all. I’d want to buy another one but I’m afraid that one will break quickly too.

I use it mostly for iced coffee.
