It should be + unless you got the wrong one. You can just look at the fine print to check.

These were sold as new but show clear signs of wear, marks, slight dents, didn't come in retail packaging with their paperwork and power cables. At the end of the day, I don't mind, they're just POE Injectors. I have tested them all, they work fine and don't need to be pretty, but they should have been represented better on the listing.
