This pan is beautiful. Truly a quality piece. It's heavy, well made, and it's actually flat. When you pour oil, the oil stays where you pour it. Most cheaper pans are raised towards the center, and your oil will move to the edge of the pan, especially as it heats. But this pan is actually flat. It comes very well packaged. It heats very evenly. And measures 12 full inches on the bottom of the pan. And the walls of the pan extend outwards, which adds to the pans capacity. The edges seem rolled (but I have not confirmed this), so when you pour something from the pan it doesn't run down the side of the pan. I recommend hand washing in warm water and using silicone and wood utensils. I also recommend not using it (or any non stick pan) on high heat. And make sure you heat the pan with oil to preserve the non stick. I also notice that I can use less oil, which is great. But you'll still want to make sure to use some so the pan doesn't get exhausted. In all I haven't had anything stick, and the pan exceeded my expectations. I love it, and I've been guarding my pan like a grandma who trusts no one.

These pans are well made and work well with our magnetic induction stove. I purchased 3 sizes for my wife for christmas and she has been very happy with the pans. You are able to turn the heat up as high as you want without damaging the finish. The heat is distributed evenly thoughout the cooking surface of the pan. The handles stay nice and cool. Pans are easy to clean, we haven't had anything stick to the pan.

. . . but on the third use, bacon, it was impossible to clean. The bacon somehow left marks in the non-stick pan that I could not get out. I tried calling customer service, and emailed them, and kept getting a "chatbot" and promises to have someone call back, I re-tried, but zippo customer service to see if this was a fluke or something I should be doing that I wasn't. I tried for a week to get them to help, and finally just got disgusted and sent it back. It should last longer than 3 tries (first two were eggs, perfect, and then the bacon strips left imprints of discoloration on the surface). And when it's that expensive, with that kind of advertising budget on TV, I expect a human to be on the other end of the phone -- or at least respond in some way -- to help. What a disappointment. Do not recommend.

I sent the below complaint. So I need to update my review to 5 stars for customer service. I was unable to send the video the company requested. They refunded me completely, which i did not ask them to do. They just did it, so for that reason alone I recommend you try their products. Hopefully you have more luck with the product which I imagine you will. If not, you have nothing to lose for trying, because they will treat you fairly. This is not a rip off. My appreciation is sincere. A piece of metal rattles inside the pan. I used to pay 40 bucks at bed bath and whatever, for the exact same kind of pan that makes rattle sounds from a loose piece of metal. I don't understand why I have to pay so much more now for the exact same thing. I thought when it said made in Italy, it would have been worth the price. I guess it's Italy, China....my bad. Always get ripped off nowadays.

I tried so hard NOT to buy this pan but I could not find anything similar. I am not a good cook and I don't enjoy cooking so when I do, I want it to be simple and work flawlessly. I have an induction range so making it work properly is not like other cooktops. I started buying cookware that claimed to be "induction capable," but it took forever to heat or the stove failed to recognize it because there was not enough steel. It was expensive, which I don't mind, but I just did not want to buy this brand. It makes my induction range work like it was supposed to: Fast heat, excellent control, and cool cooktop for easy cleaning. Better that cooking with gas.

This is the best non stick pan in the world. Everything is so smooth on & off. Cleaning is a breeze. That being said… after 6 months the non stick aspect wore off in places. We washed & cared for it correctly. For the price, we are going to try a new brand next.

I have the 12" version of this pan. As someone else commented in their review, it is now my go-to pan for eggs. The pan heats evenly, the eggs don't stick, and the pan is easy to clean up afterwards. This is also my go-to pan for falafal and fried tofu, which is why I bought the pan in the first place. There is a lot of space in the 12" pan -- a lot of space. It could easily handle 5 eggs in it at once, although I was still able to make just one egg in it this morning with no problem. The interior flat area is about 10", with a nice slope up the side of the pan. Of course the disadvantage of a big pan is storing it. Be certain you look at the measurements before buying it, so you know what you are getting.

This pan is amazing. It cleans very well and it cooks food well. I love the non-stick on this pan and it's my go to for cooking my food. The non-stick is a lot better than some of the pans I have used in the past.
