This little steamer is very good for cleaning windows, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, or anything else you want to clean. It basically reduced the cleaning time by 50% and everything comes out spotless. My housekeeper increased her hourly rate to $20 per hour, and she is a light cleaner, so I decided to only use her once a week versus twice a week. So I was faced with doing more housekeeping, but with this steamer and the vacuum robots, I get it done very quickly. The steamer does stop for a bit every few minutes and then it starts steaming again, but keep in mind that it is not a commercial steamer. As someone who values both efficiency and effectiveness in household tools, I recently decided to invest in the Hapyvergo 2500W Handheld Steam Cleaner with high hopes of tackling various cleaning tasks with ease. While the steamer did excel in some aspects, particularly in steam production, I ultimately found myself underwhelmed by its heating capabilities. Let's start with the positives. TheHapyvergo 2500W Handheld Steam Cleaner undoubtedly delivers on its promise of producing copious amounts of steam. Whether I was steaming garments, sanitizing surfaces, or refreshing upholstery, the steam output was abundant, effectively lifting dirt and grime with minimal effort. Its versatility for cleaning a variety of surfaces was commendable, and I appreciated the convenience of having a powerful steam cleaner at my disposal. However, where the Hapyvergo 2500W Handheld Steam Cleaner fell short for me was in its ability to reach and maintain high temperatures. Despite the manufacturer's claim of heating up to 120 degrees, I found that the actual temperature fell far below that mark. Even after allowing ample time for the steamer to warm up, I couldn't achieve the level of heat necessary for certain tasks, such as removing stubborn wrinkles from fabrics or tackling tough stains on surfaces. This discrepancy between the advertised heat output and the actual performance was disappointing, especially considering the importance of heat in achieving optimal cleaning results. As a result, I found myself needing to spend more time and effort on tasks that could have been expedited with higher temperatures. Regrettably, after multiple attempts to maximize the heat output and achieve satisfactory results, I made the decision to return theSteamer and seek out an alternative with higher heat capabilities. While I appreciated its robust steam production and versatility, the lack of sufficient heat ultimately hindered its effectiveness for my needs.

This is a fantastic little steamer. It comes with 3 different type of attachments, depending on your cleaning needs. I use one of the attachments to steam clean my carpet steps, and another to clean my kitty robot and the rubber trim gaskets on my car. You can change the temperature and pressure of the steam by turning a knob with 6 different settings. The unit heats the water quickly, and starts blowing off some steam in about 30 to 45 seconds. You can add cleaning solutions as well to your water if you need some extra cleaning power. I use some carpet shampoo added to water to clean my steps. Make sure you wear the provided gloves to protect your hands as the steam emitted is very hot. The switch to turn on and off the steam is on the side of the unit. I would prefer if the switch, however, was on the hand wand for convenience. Some of the attachments did not screw on tightly, but, after notifying the company, I was sent an entire replacement for the steam cleaner. I use vigorous scrubbing for the items I clean, so this is an important consideration for me. The customer service by this company was quick to respond to my inquiry about the attachments and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with the solution to this issue. All in all, for the price and excellent after the sale service, you can't go wrong and you won't be disappointed.

A bit disappointed with the pressure of the steam, it does okay for small jobs, but just okay. Would not have bought it had I known.

I thought I would be compromising on the power and efficiency of the stream by buying the portable small size , but boy was I wrong ! I had dirt stuck in the grout of my tile that was at-least 8 years old and it came right off ! I was amazed. I found all the attachments to be super helpful as I was able to get larger areas like my bathtub , and smaller areas like grout lines. My only concern would be that the water finishes really quickly from tank. On full pressure , the water lasts about 10 minutes, so keep that in mind if you’re buying the portable size . It’s easy to carry around and light weight , but very annoying because you have to keep refilling when you’re knee deep in your work ! Also, I noticed after just 5 uses, all the brushes ended up frayed and crooked . I feel the bristles should’ve been able to withstand the scrubbing , but unfortunately that wasn’t the case . Hence the 4 stars . I would only recommend the portable size for small pieces as it does not stand well against heavy duty cleaning .

It's not a miracle machine but it sure helps. I use it to loosen the crud on my bbq grill, get burnt-on spills of the top of the stove, and sanitize the inside of wine bottles. Tough jobs still require patience and elbow grease.

I love that this steamer gets super hot and cleans well. The glove included you need to wear because every now and then it spits out hot steam.

This steam worked well the first few times of use. No it’s barely steaming. The hose and handle are so hot that you can’t use product. Also difficult changing out wands. Short return period too.

Am Excellant product. Very easy to handle and it cleans most areas leaving no stains. Water drips but it is negligible. I cleaned up my windows and it looks so great and clean now. The accessories are good to use. There are some pitfalls in the design but for the price it is ok.

The steam flow is not as powerful as expected, but works on removing grease. I was hoping to use this for removing mold around sink or shower, but it was not helpful.

Got this for an all around help clean tool, using for home and auto. The metal wand separated from handle after only a couple months. I’m not one to neglect my equipment and always make sure it’s handled and stored properly .
