Pregnenolone 100mg, Memory, Mood + Hormone Balance, 120 Capsules

I have never wrote a review. Have had good products but too busy; however, I'm making time for this one because it has been such a game changer. I have just recently added this to my supplement protocol, a protocol that after years I think I have dialed in finally. My winning supplement protocol is now ... multi vitamin, Glucosamine, Monolaurin, turmetic/pepper, Whey, creatine, ACV (have been doing these for months), , , and just in the last 2 weeks I added Pregnenolone ("Preg"), Preg seemed to bring it all together, which makes sense since it is a precursor for your body and supplements to "take root". My early results on Preg was that on day 2 of adding it to my protocol, I didn't feel more energy or better well being, etc.; however, my high level elliptical workout jumped 15% (easily added 15% more time and was stronger during it). That is, I didn't feel pumped up or energetic but clearly had more endurance. This was not just a good day on the elliptical, it continued for a week with only adding more time at high level. Then about a week and a half in not only did my endurance continue to strengthen but I did start to feel energetic during exercise and all day (I don't recall the last time that happened, almost like a kid looking for something to do), as well as a feeling of general well being (it is awesome). At week 2 (currently) I notice something odd, in the last 9-12 months fine print (i.e. labels on food/supplements) were blurry for me (age 48, no glasses, typically time people start needing reading glasses) and now the same labels are starting to clear. I checked my research on Preg and eye health is one of the many benefits of it (didn't even know that ... maybe I "didn't see it" on first read). At any rate, I am not saying that Preg on its own is doing this (although I'm sure it would help but maybe not be as beneficial without my other protocol items). However, my protocol is not very large and Preg has really brought it together and my body's natural building blocks. I have been off of resistant training for the last 12 months due to CNS crash or adrenal failure (i.e., most would call chronic fatigue). However, because of the last 2 weeks, I am planning on starting it back up in the next week or two. On the seller, no complaints at all. The product came very quickly, small pills, good dosage, good price and good followup. Based on my results, my guess is their claim of dosage and purity is genuine. I definitely recommend this product and this seller. I also invite you to look into the other items of my protocol. Although minimal they really work together and Preg seems to bring it all together in addition to enabling the body to do what the body can do. And really that is what Preg does, it doesn't "fix" the body, it fixes the body's ability to fix itself. It is the first domino for all hormonal/steroid function of the body. Without it kicking it, the rest just doesn't get off the porch to hunt. Sorry for the long review. See, for a guy that never has time to do a review my first is over the top ... could be the product is that good or maybe its just that I have a ton of energy and now in a good mood (oh, I guess that saying the same thing). Excellent Product! It changed my life.

This stuff is a game changer. I’m happier, more motivated, I blast through my workouts, and I feel like I’m getting smarter and can remember things better. Which is odd because I have a terrible short term memory. But they say it works for developing new neurons... so it actually does make you smarter. It also helps with arthritis apparently. So I put my mother on it as well. I take 150mg and I’m an adult 190lb male. 200mg was too much. I felt like I was on test. I actually switched from taking Ray Kurweils brand to this brand as it’s the strongest I’ve found. Also, super important. THIS WILL KEEP YOU UP AT NIGHT. So I take it in morning. It’s what coffee wished it was. 3 of these lil capsules and I’m roaring through my day. And I usually can’t take vitamins in the morning. I get nausea. Not with these bad boys.

I may have to update later but for now I am relieved because it stopped my long period. I was on and off for 3 weeks and one-two days after I started them it’s finally stopped. It’s totally possible I may get some crazy symptoms but for now I definitely feel a little more energized and the red queen has stopped. I will update this as time goes on. I’m hoping this will regulate me a little better since perimenopause is in high gear 🫠

Very good product I recommend it

I have been very pleased with Double Wood Pregnenolone! In fact, I didn't know how much it was helping me until I ran out and so many of my old symptoms came back. Pregnenolone was recommended to me by my naturopathic doctor to help support my hormones and cognition.I chose to try Double Wood on Amazon because it received so many positive reviews and its made in the US. I am currently being treated for positive Lyme, Bartonella, and Anaplasmosis infections, and my body has gotten completely out of whack. The pregnenolone has greatly improved my concentration, regulated my sleep, helped a bit with my energy levels, and also regulated my menstrual cycles. It's a fantastic product and actually does what it says--which is not the case with every supplement I've tried. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has had a doctor suggest a pregnenolone supplement to their treatment plan.

This product changed my life! I've had energy problems for the past 8 years of my life. I would be tired all but an hour a day and would find myself sleeping 10-12 hours a day at a minimum but still tired. I felt like a zombie, life was impossible for me and it caused issues at college and trying to have a social/dancing life. I tried everything to improve my overall health and energy and happiness with only slight improvements. nascent Iodine, ashwaganda, DHEA, selenium, coconut oil, Astaxanathin, multi vitamins, different nootropics, 5-HTP and more. When I took Pregnenelone I didn't believe it would work. Then I felt the differences. They call it the happiness hormone for a reason! It is scientifically researched, you can google all about it. I used to be on anti depressants years ago before weening myself off them. I rarely felt happy. On Preg I have never felt happier in my life, I feel like the energizer bunny, my mental focus has improved. When I wrestle with my cousin It feels like slow motion were I just notice things quicker before and with improved reflexes. I started taking up Boxing again and am working out three days a week now. Now I don't even take caffeine and i'm never tired. You feel good all over while on Preg because from my understanding it is the mother hormone which is the precursor to all of the other hormones. It rebooted my adrenal system and balanced my hormones. The adrenal system is what produces important hormones in your body. It has improved my ability to cope with stress better then any other product I've taken and I have been struggling with debilitating social anxiety for the past 8 years. You can take it two ways. If you take the pill directly with water it will end up flooding your body and adrenal system (Which causes you to feel good all over). If you cut the pill in half and place the powder under your tongue before swallowing with water then it will go directly to your brain and quickly! Try it as an experiment and you will notice the difference.

Much too high of a dose!!! I was hoping that this would help with hot flashes. The recommended dose is two 50mg capsules. I only took one capsule and it made me feel like I had drank a 50 gallon drum of expresso. Racing heart, jittery, doom and gloom suicidal thoughts, crying, unable to sleep. This went on for a good 20 hours! I almost went to the ER because I was worried that I would have a heart attack. How is it even legal to sell something like this on Amazon!?!
