The unit i bought came with european plug, is there a plug compatible with USA outlets i can use?

Hello, So sorry for the problem. Could you please contact us via amazon email and send us a photo of the plug? If the plug is the EU standard, please contact us and do not use it.

Does this have a Filter on it and if so what is it made? Thank you

Hello, Thank you for your question. The machine built in a Ozone plate and a fan. The fan sucks the air in, and the machine converts the oxygen into ozone through high-pressure electrolyse ozone plate, and then the ozone spreads into the air and is converted into oxygen.

How long will it take to clean 10 gallons of water for disinfecting vegetables?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Each gallon of water need 20 minutes to purify, and we recommend purify max 5 gallons of water at a time.
