This natural bound, butterfly growing kit is amazing. I saw my butterflies grow from caterpillars into beautiful butterflies to be released. This has enough space to help them thrive and grow at a good rate. I fit five caterpillars into here and this was very easy to put together. I didn’t even have to put anything together actually. Safe and effective and fun for the family.

This butterfly kit was such a wonderful experience! It came with 5 caterpillars, but I actually received 6, which was a nice surprise. Sadly, one didn’t make it, but the rest grew beautifully and turned into butterflies. It was amazing to watch the whole transformation — such a peaceful and educational experience. I highly recommend it for families, kids, or anyone who loves nature!

This was the best butterfly science project to get for my toddler niece! She delighted in receiving 5 caterpillars in a jar, that formed their cocoons in 7 days, and a week after that, sprouted their wings while in the net! She had such a blast today as her parents and I helped her to release the butterflies in their backyard while it was nice and sunny. Truly it was a joy to see this child’s wonder and glee about these beautiful creatures in nature. Even for us adults, it was a great project!

Was smaller than expected.

I have 2 kindergarten classes and1 first grade that use this butterfly kit and they like watching them hatch and so di I, so i bought a kit for my granddaughter and she loves it. Would recommend this product to any parent that have children ( no matter what age). It is very educational to watch caterpillars hatch into butterflies, then you set them free.

It's just a net worth 5 dollars at most no where near 64 it cost me very disappointed

Haven't tried the product yet (waiting on my larvae from another company) but I'm very happy with the quality. All of the seams are tight, the zippers seem great, it's a generous size, and it can be used either standing up tall or sideways depending on your preferences. The plastic panel makes it easy to see inside and I haven't detected any kind of smell from it (I'm very sensitive to VOC's). As an added bonus, it comes with a great little booklet and instructions which mention how to ethically use the habitat (ie. not for birds or other animals, and to handle insects with care). This product was obviously designed specifically for butterfly raising. Highly recommend!

Way to expensive, you only get the container, the caterpillar is not intend, and they will send the caterpillar only in U.S.A.,they will not ship to Canada.

I bought this for science class. We went in nature with the class and gathered caterpillars and put them inside this net and watched them transform into butterflies. One of our most memorable experience. This rectangle shaped net is so easy to open, it just pops out. Its a fair size, much bigger than i expected. One side has a clear plastic window for easy viewing. The other side are made of mesh. Theres a zipper door to access inside. Theres a loop at the top to hang the butterfly habitat. Definitely worth the purchase. The materials also washes well by hand. It can be used over and over trough out the years.
