Galaxy S21 FE 5G, US Version, 128GB, Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

I am very happy with my purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G. The screen looks incredibly good thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate, and the colors are very vivid. The cameras take spectacular photos, both during the day and at night, and the phone is very fast. The battery lasts me all day, even with heavy use, and I bought it at an affordable price. Highly recommended!

Got this phone in July, it was perfect, exactly what I needed! I loved it! Although I could never get a call to come through on any device that was blue toothed, I could have sound but not for the call. Within a week of the return date passing, the wifi setting will not work. I try to turn it on and nothing happens, I even reset my phone and I still have this issue. My battery now will not hold a charge longer than a few hours, even if I'm not on it and nothings running. I have to charge it at least once during the day, if not twice no matter how much I'm on it. So between the no wifi, the battery that wont stay charged, and the bluetooth issues I am upset with my purchase. I have reached out multiple times to them and they have not responded to me. I have even gone to other service centers, and they said I can't do anything without contacting the seller. I am mad at this! It's a brand new phone and I am looking into another new one, which is upsetting because I just bought this one! Will not buy again!! Upon further research it seems at some point this phone, samsung s 21 fe, will have issues, bluetooth, wifi, charging, etc. Everything I looked at people were having the same wifi issue, or some sort of other issue. Would not recommend this phone, splurge a little more and upgrade to a samsung s21

It started with ordering a renewed Samsung S5E Tablet that won me over to ordering Amazon Renewed electronics. That well regarded tablet arrived without a mark on it, a charger and cable. It works perfectly and I use it almost every day. I especially like the DeX mode for some work-related tasks. Being the "thrifty" guy that I am, I set maximum price limits on many products that I buy. Phones are in that group of products. I don't think it necessary to buy the latest Flagship phones from any of the major phone brands or even many of their high-end models. When introduced the Samsung 21 FE 5G had many positive reviews with one major complaint, for its high price, considering it was supposed to be a value product. After a bad drop of a OnePlus 7T that killed the screen of my wife's phone, it was time to order two new phones [that is, new for us], one for her and one for me. I'm a tech guy and I always order two of the same phones since it's easier for me to support a single model of phone. Having used Samsung phones years ago but then moving to ZTE and the OnePlus, these S21 FE phones have been terrific after one month of use and renewed my interest in Samsung phones. The phones arrived in like new condition without any marks or scratches on either phone. Unlike the new models these both came with 20W chargers and good quality 5ft cables. These phones have a plastic case which I prefer, as plastic is less fragile than glass, which is another reason for me to NOT buy flagship phones. I am also not so concerned with the appearance or color of the phones since I immediately put them in a case and install tempered glass screen protectors on all my phones. Among the many positives are the 120HZ screen response is a pleasure to use, battery life has been excellent lasting for more than a day for normal use including text, calls, email, YouTube and some streaming, terrific camera, good stereo speakers, charges very quickly with the supplied chargers but also with the 25W aftermarket chargers that I have for these phones. Both Fingerprint and Face recognition work consistently and more quickly than other phones I have used. Bluetooth and WiFi connect quickly without any dropouts, and speed on T-Mobile 5g for phone and Home Internet has been consistent within the T-Mobile performance spec for my location. I am not a gamer so I can't provide a meaningful review for that. The only negative I can report is for the amount of Samsung bloatware and the numerous and annoying notifications, which can luckily be turned off. These are two excellent phones that I bought for less than half the price of one new one. And the Amazon renewed program is a good and safe option for many purchases as it also includes a 90-day return policy if there is any dissatisfaction with the product.

Overall a decent phone. Pretty good battery optimization features, and I appreciate the security options (Knox and secure folder). The zoom is very respectable. After 15 it seems a little bit distorted but that's to be expected. The software does a good job enhancing and cleaning up the 30x. Lots cheaper than more current ones, with basically the same effective usefulness. Not perfect, the plastic back was a bit scuffed. The battery health is a bit suspect, I'll keep an eye on it.

UPDATE. Sixty days later, (never mistreated the phone), I notice a very fine hairline crack across the glass, edge to edge, only visible in sunlight with no image. I can feel it when I run my fingertip across the glass. So. Not perfect. Past the return date. I'll live with it, but maybe no more 'refurbished' phones for me. Looks new, works fine. typical android setup, went ok. Won't upgrade to Android 16, but 15 is fine. Not sure why it won't take 16 though. Message says something about compatibility. I replaced a S10e because I needed a phone with Android 13 or newer. This does the trick. Only 150 bucks, and I can sell my S10e on ebay, making the total cost of this phone quite reasonable indeed.

The phones back was not sealed properly and need repair. The seller only offered 5% of the sale price if I kept it which was just under $10. I tried to get a more reasonable amount but didn't ask for a specific amount. The seller told me the max was 5% if I kept the phone. The only reason I kept it was to sell it to a family member who didn't mind getting it repaired. In addition to the back the battery quality thru Samsung's app said weak and the phone got hot. Besides that it would have been an upgrade for me. The seller experience is why I'm rating this so low. I got a S22+ and it's a overall better quality of a phone in materials. The plastic just didn't hold up and the seller was not willing to loose a few bucks to keep a happy customer. My last phone had this issue and the whole back came off when taking off the case. I could not start off that way with a different phone. My advice is go with a better seller or get a glass back Samsung like the S22+

I desperately needed a new phone, but the prices of the newer ones are prohibitive. I decided to look for a good used one. I came across this one, and I decided to order it. I used the smart switch app to transfer my information, settings, etc., to this from my old Samsung phone. That was seamless. Everything worked great. But I was unable to switch it on the Xfinity app or online. I ended up taking it to the Comcast office, and they quickly had the problem fixed. The condition of the phone is excellent, as was advertised--no scratches or dents or cosmetic issues of any kind. The battery seems to last a long time. The screen is clear and bright, and the sound is great!

El teléfono venia en excelentes condiciones, ningun rayon en la pantalla ni por otro lado, porque mas que busque un detalle minuciosamente no encontre nada, el teléfono prácticamente parece nuevo, tiene buen desempeño, no calienta el procesador como segun muchos hablan, se calienta de manera normal, solo que se descarga un poquito rapido, ese seria el unico detalle del teléfono de ahi en todo es perfecto, lo volvería a comprar por segunda vez, ya que no me arrepiento para nada de mi compra, recomiendo mucho comprar con SIXVIL 👍

Vendedor: "Amazon Estados Unidos" Ahora, el producto fue un samsung s21 FE, puedo decir que es de las mejores compras que pude hacer. Al momento de comprar y llegar. Llego antes de lo previsto, venia bien empacado, fue muy rápida la transacción de pago; permite a meses por lo que vi. Respecto al equipo. El equipo venia como nuevo, no logre notar si quiera algún golpe o impacto, quizás solo un pequelo rayón en forma de punto en la parte trasera, sin embargo, ni aunque te fijes detenidamente la distingues con facilidad. El sistema del equipo es fluido, venia limpio y completamente liberado. Al principio pareciera que es A&AT por que trae aplicaciones de esa compañía y aparece en el encendido, pero probe con la red Telcel en México y funciona con normalidad. Venia con llave de SIM y un cargador generico. Si tienen un cargador de otro equipo samsung funciona bien, como carga rápida y todo. En conclusión si alguien lee el comentario, les aseguro que es una buena compra. Al menos desde mi experiencia.

Great phone, no issues, fast reliable soooo many extra options

El producto me llego hace dos semanas, lo estuve poniendo a prueba en este periodo y he de decir que es la mejor compra que he realizado, cumple con todo lo que dice, y al ser un dispositivo reacondicionado llego en excelentes condiciones, en mi caso no venia con ningun detalle fisico, prácticamente nuevo, además de que tuve la suerte que me llego con cargador original cosa que me encanto por que normalmente es generico, no me arrepiento en absoluto, el dispositivo venia desbloqueado en mi caso yo uso telefonía telcel y me funciona excelente.
