Gillette Styler: Beard Trimmer, Men's Razor & Edger, All Purpose Styler, All-in-one Tool, Shave, Trim & Edge, Waterproof, Fusion Razors for Men / Styler, with 3 Comb Attachments

I bought this Styler/Trimmer twice. In Oct 2015 and May 2022. Here are my takeaways: 1. WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT? What quality do you expect from Gillette? Top of the line, of course. The handle is rubberized plastic, easy to grip and non-slip. Even when using it underwater, as you can see on the photos, it still does not slip. Strong build, nothing ever breaks, it does not rust and no sharpening is necessary. It can literally last you a lifetime. 2. HOW DOES THIS PRODUCT PERFORM? Performance is exceptional. As I mentioned before, no sharpening is necessary. It's exceptionally good for trimming close to the skin, without irritating the skin or cutting yourself. Since I got 2, I've been using one under the shower, and the other one for trimming my beard and trimming my neck hair. 3. IS THE PRODUCT EASY TO USE? Needless to say, no instruction is necessary. I would advise buying a small bottle of lubricant (oil) and couple of times during a year, add 1 or 2 drops on the blades just to keep everything smooth. Additional combs you get in a set, are good for trimming your neck hair, but not too close to the skin. 4. IS THE PRODUCT A GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY? For a $20 to $30 range you will not find a trimmer that will last you for 9 years, almost never cut you and does not require maintenance. I bought a rechargeable 1.5V, AA battery and I probably recharge it 4 to 5 times a year. I never tested it till the end, but probably the battery can last for 1,5 to 2 hours. 5. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO YOU? Well, with everything I described, I think it's pretty obvious that I'm planning to use these trimmers forever. Not to mention I've been using Gillette brand since the first time I shaved - 25 years ago. Highly recommend!!!

Great trimmer works amazing!

A fantastic trimmer. I use this to maintain my facial hair. The razor blade it comes with is nice and smooth, I primarily use it to shave off the neckbeard and it doesn't irritate my skin in that area too. The fact I can use this in the shower too is a big plus. The battery lasts a long while, I believe it was 4 or 5 months of using it every week or so until I had to change it. Its a simple change too. This trimmer is great for anyone with basic hair maintenance.

I usually keep a short beard so I use this primarily for edging at the top of my beard and trimming my neck line. I have sensitive skin and using this without a guard is the only way I've been able to reliably trim my neck beard without irritating my skin. I've been using the same styler almost daily for about 3-4 years, I've recommended them to people and bought them as gifts. I'm about to order another one so I can have one at home and in a travel kit. There are numerous things that stand out to me about this trimmer. The primary one is its quality of build -- the weight, manufacture quality and feel in the hand are all excellent. Secondly, it has the ability to give you a very close cut for a blade trimmer. It's a considerably closer cut than standard hair trimmers and I've never had it pull a hair trimming. The makes it compact and more precise than other trimmers and edgers I've used. Finally, I think the use of replaceable batteries (vs. a rechargeable trimmer) is a huge plus..other rechargeable trimmers often have to be recharged within 30min - 1 hour which means that you would be looking at carrying a charger with you on alot of trips. This is hands down the most compact and robust trimmer I've ever seen and I give it every bit of 5 stars for this, especially considering its price point.

Nothing beats this one. Best for chest hair never left irritation. I purchased other brands especially more expensive and it doesn’t compare to this. Would love if they had one with a reachable battery and bigger head

This is the second one of these we have bought. Now we have one at home and one on holidays. We use it for home hairdressing and moustache trimming. Highly recommend it.
