Is it possible that it also reduces your blood pressure?* Mine is usually slightly elevated (130-120) and then gets to normal if I'm consciously trying to get zen; now I have the blood pressure of a 15 year old (90 - that's a quote from my gp's nurse)...I'm 61 and 3/4. I tried a measurement just now (see pic) - still pretty darned good. Unfortunately, I'm not big at exercising, so that's not it. Although; was a very good athlete & distance runner.*I did start DIM, CoQ10, Acetyl L-Carnitine & alpha lipoic acid. I take vit d3 & K2, vit C 5000mg, vit A, Zinc, copper, iodine, oreganol & cloves (super mucus reducers & anti-covid! It works!
I started taking this and Tongkat ally with my T measured 171. After 2 months its up to 321.I don't think the Tongkat ali consistently becasue it does give me a mild headache so think it was more the shilajit.What really surprised me was my cholesterol dropped 50 points with NO other changes!Edit: after a few months of trying it it is lowering my blood pressure by around 10% or more.I don’t feel any different which is disappointing but will keep taking it due to lowering my lipid and blood pressure

I love nootropics depot but these didn't do anything for me.
Nootropics Depot has some great products but I would not recommend these.
