Other than the instructions it seems like a decent air conditioner bracket
Instructions sucked and it is not really meant for mobile home windows that slide side to side!

Sturdy but not secure on its own.
This bracket is sturdy. I am using a heavy duty bicycle chain to secure my air conditioner to the bracket. Needs an easier way to secure the air conditioner. What do others use?

Managed to put six holes in my window sill with this awful bracket
A horrible design, It just did not work in the window. changing the angle was a nightmare you have to unscrew the bolts every time to adjust the angle. From a height of two stories it makes this very frustrating if you drop something. The bracket legs are not in a channel so as soon as you take out the bolt they fall off!! If the cross bar gets in the way now you have to take that apart! The sill height spacers suck they don't even snap together, its this wobbly crap held together by the giant screw you have to force through. Wasted half my day trying to make this work and then realized the legs were too short. I would buy another product.

Happy with our purchase! Fit our window/air conditioner unit as advertised.
We're very happy with this unit. Our A/C unit is really heavy and we were worried about supporting it/not losing our A/C unit to the ground. This bracket was easy to install and feels so solid/strong. It worked great, even with the fact that our exterior wall wasn't the "straightest" of walls because of previous shifting of the house. We were able to utilize the adjustable holes provided on the bracket assembly and it worked awesome! Very pleased.

only con is you have to screw into your window frame. Would be nice if there was a pressure mount. So we did have to modify it quite a bit
