Why am not seeing the label on amazon to review the info. i need to keep sugar low? maybe i missed it.

It’s 12 g carbs so why was this the first thing to pop up when I searched for SUGAR FREE electrolytes?? I bought accidentally ugh you should try LMNT electrolytes. Sugar free but kind of pricey.

Yes. It’s a little cloudy but no color

Isn’t 500 mg salt a lot for one drink?

No. I'm part of a Health group that recommends when increasing hydration, the salt intake needs to be increased or you flush it out and get low sodium which is dangerous. They recommend with an intake of 4-5 quarts of water you need a teaspoon of salt (Himalayan or Celtic preferred due to the extra minerals in them) per day, spaced across several drinks, and that is 2300 mg. So if you're putting this in more water (like 24-32 oz not 16 oz like I do, you're getting about 2000 to 2500. But I don't drink that many of them per day. 2-3 at max, and drink other things too. This kept me from having heat stoke one particular summer while helping family move in Central CA (heat wave) and my vehicle AC went out. I fared better than people drinking Gatorade, ThermoTabs in water, and the person drinking just water nearly had heat stroke. I disagree on the amt of sugar. It's recommended only 10 g of sugar/drink and this has 11g. so it's not as bad as juice or soda or original Gatorade or most Sports drinks.
