Works great

First off the instructions were totally laughable, even for a native English speaking American the owners manual was like reading a Ransom Message... The company is from some Gongdong named place in China.... but it does work great aside from everything.. And yes it has a heater built into it... It keeps the water VERY hot... Although I am not sure if it can be turned off,,,, the heater. It seems to stay on during all the cycles. It works great...

Perfect for small stubborn clogged drawing pen tips

This done a great job, but unfortunately quit working in about 2 months after purchasing. I used it maybe 6 times. Amazon was nice enough to give me a refund
