Traxxas has an Amazing product.
This motors burn out quick. But traxxas has made them cheap enough to replace I don’t mind. Great little motor. Just make sure you break these things in. They’ll last so much longer

Faster than stock Latrax motor
I got this to replace a burned out Latrax Teton / prerunner motor. This one has black wrap on the wiring, where the stock is white. This motor is a 23 turn motor where the one I replaced was a 28 turn. Not sure which Latrax models or years come with the 28 turn and if any come with this 23 turn stock. But this one is a bit faster and higher RPM. Be wary, if you burned out your stock one becasue of heat, this one would likely get even hotter. Consider a heatsink, or just go with the HobbyPark 4800kv brushless/ 25a ESC combo.

Perfect replacement
Easy to replace dead motor. Just unplug the old and plug in the new and the car is back on the road.

Trash. Traxxas brand parts are fragile.
The drive shaft bushing on these wears out in about 45 minutes of normal driving in our neighborhood. Then the pinion and gear start slipping and wear out the gear. Garbage. Traxxas, you need to do better. (nothing against this reseller. It's not their fault.)

Very well made and hasn't given up on running, unlike the first motor that came originally with the crawler that gave out not even after 3 days

J'en suis à mon troisième moteur à charbon, celui là est d'une nervosité incroyable mais plutôt à utiliser avec des batteries NIMH ou 1S en 2S j'en ai grillé 2, au bout d'un certains temps d'utilisation il finit par griller, à voir sinon avec un refroidissement....
