I am having problems with the sprinkler returning once it it's the stop. How can I adjust this

I pull out spring at the back of sprinkler and rotate 360 degrees. Spring at the bottom of the paddle underside extends straight out......

Shouldn’t this have a screen and o-ring? There is no way to make a tight hose connection and it leaks a lot of water.

I don't have leaks, but getting a rubber O-ring is a quick, cheap fix (less than $1). Good luck.

How many gpm of water is coming out ?

That would, of course, depend on the GPM of your water supply outlet.
