Mouse davvero buono, comodo e affidabile. La batteria dura bene e la connessione wireless con il suo dongle funziona molto bene, senza problemi. Dopo 4 anni mi si è presentato un problema alla rotella, ma l’assistenza è stata super disponibile e veloce: mi hanno mandato subito un mouse nuovo, rispettando la garanzia di 5 anni. Firstly, I can say that the Klim after sales support is top notch, they really look after you. I recently purchased this mouse from Amazon and it worked fine straight out of the box. I was really pleased with the aesthetic as well how the mouse performed. After some use I went to recharge it only to discover that it wouldn't charge. Not knowing what to do I contacted Klim support through email. The Klim team were quick to respond and after a few email exchanges to find a resolution they have sent me out a new mouse. During the whole process I worked with two of their team members, Julian and Samuele, who were polite, professional throughout and acted quickly to resolve the issue. I've read through a lot of the Amazon reviews and it seems to me that it's an isolated case and I would definitely be buying Klim in the future.

1年ほど使っていますが無線が切れたことはないです。また、充電もそこそこあるので長時間の使用も安心です。 ただ、少し重いのでそこは注意点です。

Excelente funcionalidad y confort

My Mouse broke after using it for 2 weeks. Reached out to KLIM and they send me a new one ASAP. Been using the new mouse for some time. Works like a charm
