Excellent flour. I've been making bread in India for many years and couldn't get the crumb I desired. Only with this flour I could. Go for it.

I was apprehensive about this flour while kneading the dough. It wasn’t coming together smoothly, smelled a tad different from other bread flour I’ve used. But after letting it rest and warm proof for about 4 hours, I was able to roll it out into a beautiful pizza base. It holds really well and bakes easy. Tastes lovely. I will definitely continue buying it.

I bake bread quiet often and used this flur for first time and no matter what's the hydration was its was making a gue mess there was no gluten structure at all and no fermentation sighns in it

Best for breads and pizza bases ofcourse..a bit on the pricey side since it is just a all purpose flour ofcourse...but it's good quality but I hope the prices go down a bit.

Good product, if you need a good flour this is your best bet!
