good quality, good zippers!
it’s super sturdy, my 7mo kitten and my 2 1/2 year old 12 pound cat can both sit on this with no problem. my kitten loves it, it’s very spacious and has a few pockets to hold toys and treats (or whatever else you need) my bigger cat is more nervous and isn’t as willing to enter it without treats, but he’s not scared of it. no matter how hard i press on the mesh, the zippers do not come loose! i love that this has 3 different openings so my cats feel comfortable exploring, and gives the vet more access points if need be. i might put a blanket of my own over it for my nervous adult cat on vet trips to help his stress

Great carrier
This was a great find. It’s a great size for two cats that weigh under 20 pounds each, and are medium sized. I put both in the carrier, and found it easy to attach to the car seat. The zippers are good, even though one managed to get the top open. It’s roomy enough that they both could lay down in it, and it traveled great. I’m glad I found this — it’s a great price. I was surprised at how well/sturdy it is; guess I’ll find out when I put the 2 largest in it for their next appointment, otherwise I may have to buy another one so I can split them up, but all 4 usually do not travel together in the car. The fact that I can hook the seatbelt around it makes me happy that they are safe when we go to the vet.

Spacious, Sturdy, and Cat-Approved — Perfect for Traveling with Large or Multiple Cats
⭐️ Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars The Pegic Extra Large Cat Carrier is an absolute win for multi-cat households or owners with big cats who need more space to stretch and breathe during travel. After trying multiple carriers that were too cramped or flimsy, this one stands out for its impressive size, strong construction, and smart design details. It comfortably fits both of my cats — each around 15–20 pounds — at the same time, and they still have room to move, sit up, or lie down without being squished together. Even though it’s a bit heavy when both cats are inside (which is understandable given their size and the carrier’s sturdiness), the design itself is well thought out and solid. This is definitely one of the best options I’ve found for transporting large cats or two cats together safely. ⸻ 🐾 Size & Space The size is the star feature here. The extra-large dimensions make all the difference — this carrier is roomy enough for big cats or even two medium ones to share comfortably. For reference, I included a photo of it sitting next to a 27 gallon tote and they’re approximately the same size. My two cats can turn around, sit upright, and even stretch a little without feeling confined. There’s also enough headroom that neither cat feels cramped, which helps reduce stress during trips. The extra space is especially helpful for vet visits, long car rides, or moving between homes. It’s also great for cats who dislike tight enclosures — they seem noticeably calmer in this roomy setup. ⸻ 🧳 Build Quality & Materials The construction feels durable and secure. The walls hold their shape nicely, and the base is firm enough to prevent sagging under weight. The fabric is thick and resistant to scratching or clawing — my cats tested that right away — and the mesh panels feel reinforced rather than flimsy. The zippers are sturdy and glide smoothly without catching. There are multiple entry points (top and side), which make loading and unloading cats much easier. The mesh also provides excellent ventilation and visibility, so my cats can see what’s going on around them while still feeling enclosed and safe. It’s clear Pegic designed this carrier with both pet comfort and owner convenience in mind. ⸻ 🐱 Comfort & Safety Inside, the carrier has a soft, padded bottom that gives the cats a comfortable surface to rest on. It’s removable and washable, which is a big plus for cleanup. The carrier also includes seatbelt straps for securing it in the car, and the zippers can be locked or clipped for extra safety during travel. I really appreciate that it doesn’t collapse or lose shape under pressure. Even when both of my cats are moving around inside, it stays upright and doesn’t cave in or tilt awkwardly. ⸻ 💪 Portability & Handling When loaded with both cats, I’ll admit — it’s heavy and awkward to carry, but that’s mostly due to the combined 30–40 pounds of feline cargo! The carrier itself isn’t overly heavy when empty, and it has reinforced handles and a sturdy shoulder strap that make transport as manageable as possible. The design distributes weight fairly well, but anyone carrying two large cats at once should still plan for a bit of effort. This isn’t a flaw in the product; it’s just the reality of carrying that much live, wiggly weight. If you typically only transport one cat at a time, the carrier will feel quite easy to handle. For two, it’s a bit of a workout — but worth it for the space and comfort it provides them. ⸻ 🧼 Cleaning & Storage Cleaning is simple thanks to the removable bottom pad and wipeable surfaces. The entire carrier can be folded down flat for storage when not in use, which is a nice touch considering its large size. It folds easily and doesn’t take up too much closet space. ⸻ 🧾 Pros & Cons Pros: • Exceptionally spacious — fits two large cats comfortably • Durable construction with thick fabric and strong mesh panels • Multiple entry points for convenience • Great ventilation and visibility for pets • Padded, washable bottom insert for comfort • Secure zippers and car seatbelt straps • Folds flat for easy storage Cons: • Heavy and a bit awkward to carry when holding two cats (more a weight issue than a design flaw) • Slightly bulky for small vehicles or tight spaces ⸻ ✅ Final Thoughts The Pegic Extra Large Cat Carrier is a five-star product for anyone with large cats or multiple pets who prefer traveling together. It’s thoughtfully designed, built to last, and provides the kind of space and comfort that most standard carriers simply can’t. Even though it can be a little heavy when both cats are inside, that’s a trade-off I’m more than happy to make for the peace of mind it provides. My cats seem calmer and less stressed in this roomy, well-ventilated carrier — and that alone makes it worth every penny. If you’ve struggled to find a truly large and durable cat carrier that can handle bigger pets or two at once, this Pegic carrier is exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Very Spacious
I needed an upgrade carrier for my cat since she’s not a baby any more & her carrier was too small for her. I wanted something large where she can still stand, sit, & lay down & this carrier was my first pick & I’m very pleased with it! My cat now has room so when we travel & go to vet appointments I don’t have to worry about her being so tight & crammed in her carrier. I also love that there are 3 pockets so I can keep her vet documents in one & her harness in the other then treats & miscellaneous in the third. My cat does get anxiety while being in the car so I’m hoping having a large space to move around in will help her a bit. The carrier it’s self is sturdy & great quality in my personal opinion & it’s easy to assemble just make sure you assemble the bottom part by locking it in first before you do the top haha I figured that out the hard way. I also love that you can take the top bars apart for storage since it is such a large carrier. & I love that there is three compartments to get in & out & that the ventilation is so much better! I also love that they have clips that can hold the zippers in place so my pet can’t escape though she doesn’t try it’s a nice feature! I’m excited to be able to strap her into the car as well with the designated buckle area instead of just buckling the strap around her carrier without that extra support.

Very Solid Carrier
I bought this as my main car travel carrier for my two cats. One cat is approximately 9 pounds, the other is about 12 pounds. Both of my girls fit in this carrier well together and have space to lay out next to each other, which was my main hope when purchasing this carrier. They can also both sit up at their normal height without slouching. The included pad has a washable cover, but is pretty cheap. I do plan on putting my own blanket on the bottom for them. In regards to assembly... Getting the bottom rails to lock into place is VERY DIFFICULT. I had to put shoes on and stand on one of the pulleys on the floor while pulling up on the other with my hands. After struggling for quite some time, I did get both sides to click in, but it was very hard. Make sure you do not have the top braces locked into place when you are trying to get the bottom to click. The bottom will not click if the top braces are locked in first. After the bottom is locked in, the carrier is VERY sturdy. Overall, I am very happy with this carrier. It appears to be very sturdy and I think it will be a good option for travel. Great Carrier/Car Seat Collapsible and Secure
This is the safest and most useful pet carrier/car seat ever. I love that it’s collapsible and when I take my dog on vacation this doubles as her bed to it’s pretty spacious and cozy if I get them a nice pet bed mat. I love this thing and it only take up one seat which is also a plus.

Fits two “average” cats…or one big chonker.
We have two 7-month-old Maine coon mix kittens and two 5-month-old “normal” size orange tabbies (different litters). When I took my smaller kittens to the vet, one of the big boys tried to climb in our medium-size carrier. I say tried because he couldn’t fit laying down OR as a loaf. Sigh. So I was on the hunt for a carrier that could the whole 13 lb (and growing) kitty. This easily accommodates both orange kittens, but more importantly, it fits one floofy chonker comfortably. It’s very sturdy and zippers securely. I like that it has straps for a seat belt - while the cat is contained in the car, the carrier can be locked down so it doesn’t go flying in an accident. The mesh sides can also be rolled up - the cats like this feature and like to use it as a bed/cave. Despite the frame, it’s reasonably lightweight, and it’s not so big that it is hard to walk with. I like the front pocket on it - it’s a good spot to put a packet of treats or any paperwork for the vet. I’ve purchased a second one for when they both go to the vet, but in a pinch, we probably could fit both big boys in one. (I think we also could probably fit one big and one small cat together if they are all going somewhere at the same time.)

Very solid; straightforward easy assembly; hold 2 large cats very well
I can put my two big boy kitties in here together, about 35 pounds of cats! The base does require a strong pull which I could not do with my arms alone [and I'm fairly strong as a single gal] but I can do it easily with placing a foot carefully and gently on one side of the interior and pulling on the other toward me - suggested by another reviewer. Assembly with two people would be very easy. I love all the extras and how extremely solid this is.
