Really helps with memory recall, I was very skeptical a year ago when my wife recommended this as I was complaining about, forgetting important facts during Work, I am Director of purchasing forgetting is not optimal for this position We buy this at COSTCO when I ran out last week I did not want to visit Costco for this, I found at AMAZON Really this is amazing on getting memory recall back 10/10 will continue using this supplement

I be been using these vitamins for about 3 years and I really like them. My problem is lately, the vitamins are dusty, dry and falling apart. They were not like this before. What’s going on? It makes them more difficult to swallow and they disintegrate when I take them out of the bottle.

Does it make my mind sharper? Is my energy level increased? I honestly don’t know but I am trying to save my brain power as I slide into my “golden years”. Easy to swallow and they ingredients are supposed to help.

Very disappointed with this product. I have used the extra strength version before with good success. But this version is a dry, rough and somewhat crumbly exterior of a very large pill. It is difficult to swallow, even dangerous for me with some swallowing issues. Also very surprised to find that Amazon would not accept it as a return item despite being under the specified return period.

I'm 80+ yrs. old, and since the Pandemic began, I've/we've been wearing our masks wherever we go, we've gotten our FLU shots, and the Boosters, so far. I've had trouble keeping up with conversations, searching for words & unable to say them since the beginning. We've NOT gone to church for over 2 yrs. (We were in the CHOIR), and I did the opening of services every Sunday as a Lay Speaker. It seems MY Brain is responding @ 20 MPH, and conversations are at 60+ MPH. I finally went to a Neurologist & HE had me have a Brain Scan. The results were that I have an Anurasym of the Brain ( BY Definition - Anurastm is small blood vessels rupturing, bleeding, & clotting) The cells they feed DIE when they don't get any Blood or Oxygen. I' can WRITE antthing, "BUT" I can't remember how to Say It!!, The answer is Speach Theropy which I'm fighting to get into.
