This worm salt is extremely good on fruits. You only need a DOT, because it packs an extreme flavor when combined with any fruit. Once you taste this on your lime, orange, tangerine, tomato, or whatever fruit you use after a shot of Tequila or Mezcal, OR just the fruit itself, your taste buds will be AWAKENED!! I brought my little bottle in my purse to the bar and just put a few little dots on my orange, and sucked it after a shot of tequila, and I KNEW that if I ever ordered a shot of anything that requires salt on a fruit, I would NEVER want REGULAR salt on the rim again. There is a smoked, hickory flavor that brings out the tequila in a way that I can not describe! Please buy this and leave the review because i GUARANTEE you wont be disappointed. this product is great! I use it like tajin, for all you Hispanics out there you know what I mean. I have never had sal de gusano till I ordered this product. It is a very Smokey agave tasting salt. To me the sal de gusano taste like Del Maguey Vida Mezcal in salt form. I like it very much and would recommend it and buy this product again.

This is really flavorful and it is the perfect compliment to any good mezcal.

We recently returned from a trip to Oaxaca Mexico and had sampled Mezcal with oranges and salt. I hadn't brought any back but found this on Amazon and decided to purchase. When we sampled it on an orange with some Mezcal it really brought back the entire experience and brought out the flavors in the drink itself. well worth the price and since you only need a very small amount it should last a while. Salud!

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend. It is a savory salt with a bacon like taste to it. works great on Micheladas, Mezcal, and Tequila. Get it a try, you'll love it.

En el tema del sabor esta sal para mí, es la mejor pero esta presentación en particular es demasiado pequeña si buscan un poquito más hay otro botecito más grande y por el mismo valor.

Todo bien con el sabor y presentación del producto, sólo que llegó medio destapado, con la tapa chueca. Parece ser que fue un problema desde el envasado y no de paquetería, ya que empaque y frasco llegaron en buen estado y sólo se derramó algo de sal.
