How to remove the flow restrictor if I want even more high water pressure ? Although its flow pressure is ok now

Is there a way to attach this to the wall a little bit lower for a person sitting in the shower?

sure. you have to buy an extra wall bracket , just search on Amazon with "showerhead bracket".

What is universal size for connect pipe?it can’t fit my old pipe, it is too small
