My wife and I love this mat. It is a perfect size for pies, cookies, etc. It is great quality and sticks well to surfaces so it does not move around as you work. It is crazy easy to clean. The design is helpful regarding sizing what you are rolling out or cutting. It rolls up easily for storage. Highly recommended.

I originally bought this for my sourdough bread processing. I was really happy to read I can also use cookie cutters on it too. This is very easy to use and non-slip, easy to clean. I love using it, nice and easy and stores away nice too.

OMGosh this works great. I replaced an old old old mat I had from Tupperware. It didn’t have the silicone backing and I repositioned it several times each time I used it for YEARS. happened to see this and ordered it right away. Stays put. Nice and thick. Bought the 20X28 size and plenty of room to roll out my noodles and it didn’t move one inch. Definitely recommend for your pasta, pie crust, cookies whatever you’re rolling out. It says dishwasher safe. Can’t imagine stuffing it in a dishwasher; it’s easy enough to rinse and wipe clean

Love the non stick, works great , just not sure how they say dishwasher safe ... You would need a really large dishwasher to wash it without folding it in half

I LOVE this silicone mat! I have used silicone mats for years to line cookie sheets and bake bread, but I had never used one to roll out pie crust or pizza dough. However, I was recently visiting a family member and helping to cook pizza and cream pies when she brought out this mat. I was amazed at how easily and accurately I was able to roll out dough, and to get it into a pan without having it stretch out of shape. Just roll out the pizza or pie dough to the measurements, put the pan on it, flip it, and peel off the mat! I ordered one for myself and have been using it ever since (last night for margherita pizza). The mat is easy to clean, but it takes a little practice to keep from sending water all over the place because it is so big. I find that if I keep it partially rolled while rinsing it, the water shedding is kept to a minimum. That is a small inconvenience, though, for the nice size of it. It is also a bit challenging to store because it shouldn't be folded, but I find that if I wrap it around my French rolling pin, it doesn't take up any extra space in the drawer. I'm sure that I will find additional uses for it when I have had it for a little longer time. The price is also reasonable, considering the size and quality. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this mat to anyone who likes to cook at home from scratch.

This mat stays put. The non-slip silicone actually grips the counter so when you're rolling out dough it doesn't slide around or bunch up. That stability alone makes it worth it. I used to fight with parchment paper and flour everywhere and this just solved that problem. The printed measurements are handy for getting pie crusts and pizza dough to the right size without eyeballing it. Easy to cut dough right on the mat. Rolls up for storage and lays flat when you pull it out again. No curling at the edges. No weird silicone smell. Some mats I've tried in the past had that rubbery odor that made me not want food touching it. This one was fine right out of the package. The red color looks nice on the counter and makes it easy to see light colored dough against it. The extra large size covers most of my counter space which means no flour or sticky dough getting on the granite. Spills and messes stay on the mat. Cleanup is just a quick rinse and wipe. Beats scrubbing dried dough off the counter every time. 28 by 20 inches is big enough for any home baking project. Price is reasonable for the size and quality. It's a simple product that just works.

I bought this mat Dec 16, 2022. This mat is by far one of the best purchases I have made off of Amazon. The mat is super easy to use. It has terrific grip and stays in place while rolling out basically anything you are making. I have made tons of different types of dough on this mat. The measuring rings are perfect for pizza crusts, pie crusts, biscuits etc. My mat still looks brand new. There is not even a scratch on it. I highly suggest to never use sharp knives or dough cutters on it. Make sure to always wipe off when done. After I am done with my mat I take a dry paper towel and wipe off whatever I can. If I was only using flour it’s usually clean and I roll up and store. If I was using sticky fillings or meat fillings I take the extra step and sponge off with soapy water, pat dry, then let it sit for 10ish minutes, roll up and store. If you have a home that is small and do not have a place to roll dough, this mat is the only mat for you. You can even put boards on your floor then this mat and roll out dough. This mat would be perfect for school projects, especially if making or playing with play dough. This is a perfect holiday gift for any of your baker friends. I frequently link this mat to my friends and family who are in search of a mat. I would love to try out some of the other sizes to see how it compares to the xxl. The mat is huge but that is okay. On my small countertop I let it go up the side wall so that way I don’t get flour everywhere. It’s so sturdy and never falls down. I can fully let it down on my island no problem. This mat is for every household big or small. You don’t need to do anymore research if you are reading this review. I am an avid researcher and I take time to figure out best options. Again, this is one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. You can’t beat the durability of this mat with anyone else.

Best Baking Mat Everyone that Bakes Needs this It works so good for rolling out the dough. Its slip proof on my cupboard and it washes off so easy right on my counter top. It rolls up so nice and I dont know how I baked without this before. I love it.
