Great product. Arrived on time too. Used for circulation and it’s a valuable addition to supplementation. I really love this product because it works for High Blood Pressure. I finally found a product that naturally lowers blood pressure , especially hard to control blood pressure.. After trying other natural hypertension supplements, this one is the BEST! I take it at night about two to three hours after taking my regular high blood pressure medication. In the morning when I get up to take my blood pressure using a monitor, I noticed my pressure is way down to my satisfaction. Sometimes, lowered than 120/80.......................

Using it to bust biofilm material
I have been taking this along with boluoke to help bust the material that creates biofilms (related to lyme). I have only been using it for a couple of months, so too soon to notice a difference, but I do appreciate that it’s affordable. It has a yucky taste, but so do many supplements. Luckily it goes away within a minute or two. If I find that it works great after a few months, I’ll update to 5 stars.

Red sage powder
I don't take the whole capsure at once. I prefer to open and sprinkle over food. Seems to be fine with no stomach upsets.
