For as long as you would like. Or at least up until the expiration date. It is a common misconception that probiotics require refrigeration. They're only specific strains that require it, and this is not one. Virtually every probiotic out there is shelfstable. According to the official NOW Foods website: "Even under ideal storage conditions, the number of colony forming units will slowly decline as months go on. For example, a typical number is a drop of 5% per month when packed in glass and non-refrigerated.
