Good value budget Bluetooth phone headset. Controls well placed. USB-C charging. Great battery life. My complaints are that it doesn't announce calls from the contact list and doesn't announce talk time remaining when powering on. That and I HATE having a digital tone version of Ride Of The Valkyries as the incoming call prompt. This is the third BT headset I have tried that for some reason thinks that Wagner is the perfect ring sound. But, that said, the headset works well and has good volume and call sound and is very affordable at $16 (the price at the time of my order on Amazon).

This one I like better. Calls come in clearer, plus the ear hanger keeps it from falling out.

I really like the Bluetooth earpiece itself, but the ear hooks are very uncomfortable to me, & i have small ears. One is too thick & bulky, & the other just really digs into the back of my ear which gets pretty painful. Also the ear cushions have a hoop on the back of them & i just really wonder if that's what's really causing the extra pressure on the ear hook as the hoop pushes the device forward for a snug fit into the ear!!?? But it does sound good & it is clear. I would say that it does have great quality.

Work extremely well for the price

To be honest I did not expect this bluetooth ear piece to do half of what was advertised but I received a very pleasant surprise when it did all f what was advertised. I saw that in the past reviews the voice prompt did not sound as friendly as some of the more expensive devices. For some customers I can see how that might be an issue but for me I am not trying to start a relationship with a headset so that was not a show stopper in making a purchasing choice. I can confirm that the voice is not as soft as some of the others but the functionality is acurate. I tested the sound cansellation by hitting the freeway at 65MPH in an economy sedan with lots of road noise. I place a call to a truck driver who was also on the road and we were both able to clearly hear each other. I know that his sound canseling device was responsible for me hearing his transmission clear but I mentioned it anyway. I never had to use the ear pligs that came with the blue tooth device. I placed it on my right ear leaving my left ear open to ear what was going on outside. The volume was sufficient to hear the phone conversation. The simultanious sync wth both my iPhone and desktop are both plug and play once the simple configuration setup is complete. I tested the battery life by going 3 days straight without re-charging and talking for about a half hour to 45 minutes each day. I did not want to push it and run out of battery charge when I need it. I normally charge up every night so that was the longest that I have gone without charging any ear piece. So far this ea piece is out performing more expensice ones owned in the past.

Ok well the battery like is freaking awesome. The sound is ok the kicker is that the part that goes in your ear is soft plastic and for me it's not a good fit I struggle to get it to stay in place so the sound sometimes is not great . But over all it's ok not great

Easy to set up, horrible sound quality. People I heard sounded like they were talking in a tin can and they said it was even worse at their end and told me to call back without it on because they couldn't understand me and they hung up.

I already use a couple of these (one that auto-connects to a TV, and one that auto-connects to my phone). This one I just received has some nice upgrades. The replaceable ear bud has a better fit into the ear canal resulting in better hearing. And the piece that wraps around the ear is stronger, resulting in a better fit. And the price was lower that what I paid for the first ones a couple years ago!

i didn't expect that, but it is a very good item with great performance, clear sound, noise feltering & long lasting charge 2 days almost used with 2 cell phones. charging time almost 3-4 hours last for 2 days ( fair enough)

Had these for over a year now and they still work great. They have a good battery life, easy connectivity, and easy to use controls for volume, mute, and answer/hangup call. I use these while driving and have had no issues with background noise or sound quality.
