I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this handle. Heavy and substantial, well assembled with good hardware. And the price is fantastic for the quality product!

The dummy knob, is not a dummy. Until you make it a dummy. This was unclear.

It seems the ethical and honest thing to do would be to issue a refund if your product does not work. I have chosen to keep the review. I value businesses with integrity.Original review:I know there are many things you can purchase for a lower price but it appears this is not one of those things.The door knob is properly installed but something gets stuck in the mechanism and it prevents the latch from being able to move. Therefore, I now can not open my front door. I will have to replace the whole set.I gave it 2 stars since the door knob actually looks nice, especially considering the price. But it is useless.

Aesthetically looks fine. But the locking mechanism is defective. Did not lock and unlock.

Looked nice but quality was not there. Broke after only being installed for 3 months. Return window says 1 month.
