Will this work on a macbook?

As long as your Mac has a USB-C ("Thunderbolt 3") port, it should work. I have successfully used it with a 13" 2016 MacBook Pro.

Will this work with 2in1 Inspiron 7373?

Hello, Like your 2in1 Inspiron 7373, my XPS-13 was not listed as a compatible model for this adapter in Dell's website. Since I found this unusual I called Dell's customer service line, they said that the compatibility list was not updated and assured me that this adapter would work with my XPS-13 so I went ahead and bought it. True enough it worked perfectly. You may try the same approach. Also, if you order it and it does not work, you should be able to return it within the firs 30 days. Hope this helps a bit. Cheers!

Will this work on a dell core 15 vpro with a dell monitor?

I would expect so, as long as the computer has a USB-C port and the monitor has a DisplayPort port.

What's the maximum resolution I can set with this adapter?

Dell website says that the Max Resolution is 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz. It's good that I checked before buying this for my 1440p 165Hz Ultrawide
