Moreover this services of this brand is so pathetic that nobody borders even after calling thousand times or writing an email 10000 Times. Nobody cares nobody respond. The final unit I received has a small dent on the top, which is manageable and does not affect functionality. In terms of build quality, it could definitely be better and feels slightly average for the price range. On the positive side, the heating performance is quite good. The heat distribution is proper, and it grills and toasts evenly. It works efficiently and gets the job done. Overall, I would recommend it, especially for metro cities where replacement and service support are quicker and more reliable.
