Surgery "NO"
HMB, What a great product. A Chinese doctor suggested I take this instead of surgery for a meniscus tear and it would take longer because it is natural. Well worth it.

Works well
HMB works great when paired with creatine. Iโve been doing this combo for 6-8 months now and have noticed my muscles look fuller and I get better pumps at the gym.

Not essential , not a miracle.. but a decent addition to supplement regimen.
Take ALL HMB reviews with a grain of salt. HMB is not a wonder supp. It's not a game changer. It's not creatine. The last time I took it was in the late early 2000's. What I remember when taking it, and what has exactly recurred with me taking it now 20 years later is this: .... you dont see or feel any results until almost a month in... then they slightly become more noticeable. Personally the biggest benefit for me is an increase in muscle striation. For some reason, HMB allows me to see the fibers of the muscle when pumped and under load. It definitely help with recovery... it is a good adjunct to getting a sick pump ( along with some sort of nitrous oxide vasodilator and proper carb intake). For the price.. its a keeper (it used to be be WAY more expensive when it was the supposed du jour back in the day) .. Ive never been on it for more than 5 months.. this time I will... maybe the effects get even better down the line.

Stacked this with creatine and noticed a difference about a month in. Great value for the cost and easy on the taste buds cause itโs 3 pills you got to take. Easy to take and can tell a difference when I cycle on and off this stuff

If you are experienced I would pass but good for new lifters.
This seems to be high quality. I have not noticed a difference in performance, but I'm also quite a bit into my fitness journey. After doing more research it seems like a good supplement for beginners. And this one is from a good brand.

Tingling sensation is normal
Perfect to help keep your muscles from fatiguing mid workout but be sure to eat something prior when first using because you will feel tingling under your skin.
