Sturdy and easy to use
Very easy to use and works great! It crushes even the tiniest pills to a fine powder with very little effort. I would definitely buy this again if needed, but it's very sturdy so won't need to for a long time.

Really nice for small-volume usage
I'll start off by saying that this isn't a "new" product for me, exactly. Rather, it's just me buying the smaller version of a larger unit which I've been using, happily, for years. My wife and I own pets, and over the years, several of these pets have needed to receive medicine at times. Now, giving cats, in particular, medicine is... challenging, at best. ("Impossible" at worst!) My wife is able to stick a pill down a cat's throat using her finger, but I can't make myself do that... call it a phobia if you like, but the idea of harming the animal sort of freaks me out. Using "Pill pockets" or other "food wraps" is pretty effective... until the first time that the cat bites down and discovers what's inside. After that, using "pill pockets" becomes essentially impossible. So, I'll use that approach if I can, but often can't. SO... the last trick, which works nicely when the pill involved isn't TOO nasty-tasting, is this: crushing it and mixing it into food. Usually a pretty fragrant food, which they're really fond of, works best. This WON'T work for particularly terrible-tasting pills, but for most, it works pretty well. And the larger version of this has been what I've been using to do my pill-crushing for about fifteen years now. The only complaint I ever had with this was that the compartment seemed too large for the volume of crushed pill powder I was left with once done. Well, I'm going to be away for a while, and I'm taking my two furrballs with me (while the others will stay with her), and I needed my own copy for this period. I was assuming I'd just get the same one, but was pleasantly surprised to find that there's a smaller version as well. The smaller version is far better suited to the amount of medication you'll usually give to pets, or to small children. The larger one is best suited, honestly, to "adult-sized" doses, in my opinion. It's trivially easy to use. Drop the pill(s) into the compartment, and screw the top section in. I'll usually screw and unscrew the last portion several times to ensure that I get the pill fully crushed. I then simply remove the top (tapping it on the side of the crushing compartment if there's any residual pill powder on the "core" of it), and then just dump the contents of the crushing compartment over the food (again, tapping it if necessary to get as much out as possible. If you're using the same medicine every time, there's no real need to wash it every time, but if you're doing multiple types of medications using one crusher, you'll likely want to wash it off every time. That's easy... dishwashing soap and a nice hand washing works perfectly, along with air drying (I doubt it's "dishwasher safe," however, so don't try that!) It's a very simple design... not many chances for things to go wrong... but it works very, very well. It reminds me of my own childhood, with my mom crushing stuff with a spoon to give to the kids. This is much, much better. If you have a need to do what this does... you're not going to find many better options.

Good Value pill Crusher That Works Well
Easy to use and crushes pills quickly with very little effort. It works well and is cheaper than many other options. The only downside is it’s a little hard to clean since powder can get stuck in the grooves.

Best pill crusher!
This is a great product! I have arthritis in my hands, and this is so easy to use. I crushed two large pills easily, and they were finely crushed. This is the large one, and it’s perfect! I would definitely buy this again.

Works well for arthritic hands
I have to take a medication multiple times daily that needs to be crushed and I have arthritis in my hands which makes even simple manual tasks arduous...the way this pill crusher is made is easier for me to grasp and turn as opposed to one that is smooth. I also like that fact that it's not overly bulky and that a days worth of my medication fits inside so I can toss it in my purse and go.

Struggles with harder pills and vitamins
I bought this specifically to grind up some larger vitamins and tablets, but it has been a bit of a workout to use. If you are dealing with softer, smaller tablets, it does a decent job. However, when it comes to denser pills or thick multivitamins, the pills are incredibly hard to crush in it. You have to twist the cap down with a ton of force, and if you have any weakness or arthritis in your hands, it is going to be a major struggle to get a fine powder. The plastic twists smoothly when it's empty, but once a tough pill is inside, the threads bind up easily. It feels like you're going to crack the plastic housing just trying to get enough leverage to break the tablet down. I usually have to split the larger pills in half with a knife first just to get this crusher to catch them. It is compact and easy to clean out, but the grinding power just isn't there for heavy-duty tablets. If you only need to crush basic, easily breakable pills, it works fine, but look elsewhere if you need to process tough vitamins daily.

Essential Medication Tool That Makes Pill Administration Safe and Simple!
The EZY DOSE Crush Pill, Vitamins, Tablets Crusher has been absolutely invaluable for managing medication and supplement administration in our household, providing exactly the safe, efficient solution needed for family members who cannot swallow pills whole! As a caregiver dealing with elderly parents and children who struggle with traditional pill-taking, this crusher delivers the reliability and convenience that makes medication compliance achievable without daily battles or safety concerns. The crushing efficiency is outstanding, reducing even large, hard tablets and vitamins to fine powder consistency that mixes easily into foods or liquids without the chunky, incomplete crushing that makes medication administration difficult or unpalatable. The thorough grinding ensures complete dose delivery without wasted medication stuck in incompletely crushed fragments. What impressed me most is the integrated storage compartment that keeps crushed medication contained and organized during preparation and administration. The built-in storage eliminates powder spillage and waste while providing convenient holding space that prevents medication loss during the mixing and serving process. The safety design protects both medication integrity and user hands with enclosed crushing mechanism that prevents powder dispersal and accidental contact with medication dust that could cause allergic reactions or contamination concerns. The contained system ensures safe handling for both caregivers and patients. The versatility handles various pill types including hard tablets, soft vitamins, and different medication formulations without jamming or incomplete crushing that renders some medications unusable. The adaptable mechanism works effectively across diverse pharmaceutical products that family members require for health management. the ease of use makes medication preparation practical for daily caregiving routines without requiring excessive strength or complicated procedures that can make medication management overwhelming for busy caregivers managing multiple family health needs. The user-friendly operation supports consistent medication compliance. The cleaning convenience maintains hygiene standards with components that wash thoroughly between uses, preventing medication cross-contamination while being simple enough for regular cleaning that supports safe multi-medication use. The maintenance simplicity encourages proper sanitation practices. The durability through daily medication preparation has been excellent with consistent crushing performance and no signs of mechanism wear or reduced effectiveness despite regular use with various medication types. The quality construction shows in reliable long-term performance that justifies investment in proper medication tools. The portability allows medication management during travel or away-from-home situations where pill-swallowing difficulties don't disappear but crushing solutions might not be readily available. The compact design supports consistent medication compliance regardless of location changes. The value for medication compliance improvement is substantial compared to the costs of missed doses, medication waste, or the stress of daily medication battles that can affect family relationships and patient health outcomes. The investment in proper administration tools pays dividends in improved health management. The kids compatibility makes this suitable for pediatric medication needs where pill-swallowing ability hasn't developed while maintaining safety standards that protect children during medication administration. The family-friendly design serves multiple generations with varying medication needs. The effectiveness for elderly care has been particularly valuable for managing complex medication regimens where swallowing difficulties can compromise essential medication compliance that affects serious health conditions requiring consistent pharmaceutical management. For families managing medication administration challenges across different age groups while maintaining safety and effectiveness standards, this pill crusher delivers exactly the reliable performance and practical design needed for successful daily medication management without stress or safety concerns.

High quality product
Well made pill crusher better than anything similar in the market But if there’s an option to have darker color instead of white would be nice It’s a bit of a hassle to find and remove sticked powder while most of pills are white too

Does exactly what it says – super easy and effective!
This little crusher is awesome. It’s cheap, really simple to use, and crushes pills (even big ones) with almost no effort. I was honestly surprised by how large and sturdy it feels for the price – way bigger than the tiny ones I’ve tried before. No more struggling with hard tablets. If you need something reliable and no-fuss, just get this one. Totally worth it!

Lo compré para mi abuela y fue lo que esperaba
Fácil de usar para un adulto, pero sí se necesita fuerza para triturar las pastillas. Creo que debe usarlo el cuidador, ya que para un adulto mayor podría ser difícil
