These are my favorite Omegas plus vitamin D! I trust Nordic Naturals and I have been taking them for years. They leave no fishy taste or after burps. I can only go by what my bloodwork says, but my vitamin d levels are excellent! For comparison next to an allergy pill.

Easy to swallow
These are great. I have such a hard time swallowing large pills and fish oil ones are usually the worst. I have yet to take them long enough to review based on how they make me feel, but swallowing these is much easier than standard fish oil gels.
