I bought new workout shoes that are great but were stressing my ankles bad! I've tried many things to fix it and even other brands for padding the ankles. Hold them in place for a bit after attaching and it's gonna take effort to remove them from your shoes. They're comfy, help prevent your shoes from causing blisters, durable, long lasting, and sooo worth the price! I've recommended these to my friends who then ordered and tried them same week. So far no complaints :D Stickiness: it's been months and they haven't come off on their own yet. I had to pry them off to readjust them Comfort: I'm never going without these now

Adhere nicely but do wish they were a bit thicker. I have very narrow heels and these make my shoes fit better but thicker would be perfect. Inexpensive to try and are holding up just fine.

They are fine to wear and work as designed. The issue is after the back is peeled putting them into the shoe at the right spot is a pain and not always even.

Very poor quality. The cushion doesn’t adhere well enough to withstand wearing of the sneaker. Not only does the top edge roll down and stick to my sock, but the second day the cushion was separating from the adhesive. Theses are very poor quality. Great idea for a product but very poor quality and design.

Love these things. They provide the right amount of padding, and they last significantly longer than other heel guards I’ve tried. They also cover more of the heel area than most other options out there. No more heel-on-plastic discomfort from wearing through the fabric on the back of my shoes!

I had a pair of tennis shoes that had ripped from the heel and I really didn't want to throw them because they were in very good condition, so I bought these. The heel inserts adhesion it's great and I don't feel uncomfortable at all. It was easy to place and hasn't moved since. It worked nicely for my size 7 shoes, covered the entire hole and so far it has lasted.

Got them yesterday, put them in. They need to be thicker. The padding works alright, but not great. Which would be enough for a three or four star review except that the adhesive is completely insufficient. The pads do not stay stuck on and fall off when the heel slides over them. I may try some other type of glue- but I shouldn’t have to do so.

Worked a treat on the kids shoes, will get more life out of them yet
