Product Description Chart-topping singer/songwriter Phil Collins takes the City of Lights by storm in this thrilling live performance, featuring such modern pop classics as "In the Air Tonight," "Sussudio," "Another Day in Paradise" and many more. Songs: Hand in Hand, Hang in Long Enough, Don't Lose My Number, Another Day in Paradise, Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now), Lorenzo, Separate Lives, Long Long Way to Go, In the Air Tonight, Timbantiocha, Easy Lover, Dance into the Light, Wear My Hat, Something Happened on the Way to Heaven, Sussudio. .com If Phil Collins isn't the hardest-working man in show business, he's right up there, at least if this nearly 90-minute concert is any indication. The man is nonstop motion, whether seated behind his drum kit, prowling the stage as frontman (the format is in-the-round, so it takes an effort to keep all of the arena-sized audience involved), or, of course, singing the hits (including "Against All Odds," "In the Air Tonight," and "Sussudio"). The "loose" part of the title is a bit of a misnomer; Collins's excellent band is unerringly tight, and the performance is well-choreographed while still maintaining some sense of spontaneity. There's no denying the appeal of Collins's drum-heavy, horn-driven, R&B-cum-world-music sound, and if his music ultimately isn't as challenging or engaging as that of Peter Gabriel, the other ex-Genesis lead singer, no one in this Paris audience seems to mind a bit. Good show, Phil. --Sam Graham

Paris Party People
An excellent show from 1992. Phil is in fine, energetic form (not least on his occasional detours to the drum kit) as he leads his eclectic backing ensemble through a generous portion of familiar material. The French fans are totally into it and really respond to the in-the-round stage setup, which allows for a more three-dimensional performance experience. Exuberant.

The Best Phil Collins Has To Offer
I own lots of Phil Collins music and DVD's. Live and Loose is my favorite Phil Collins DVD. The circular stage gives you 360 degrees of viewing pleasure. This is by far the most energetic performance I have seen by Phil Collins, either live or recorded. The lighting, the sound, the interaction between the band members, the crowd reactions, and Phil's awesome energy makes this a must buy DVD. This DVD is great for viewing or just having on while you do other things around the house. If your budget limits you to only one Phil Collins DVD, this is the one you want to own. None of the others come close. If you like Phil Collins, you will love this DVD.

OUTSTANDING!!!
I received this as a Christmas gift last year. I was absolutely blown away by the energy depicted onstage. Yes, Phil is a great drummer, but he is also fantastic as a singer. The entire group looked as though they were having a lot of fun performing. I'm sure that this wasn't the entire concert (as mentioned by another reviewer), but there was plenty of music there. My next "ask-for" will be "Serious Hits - Live". I have the CD - now I want the DVD. Would love to see him live in concert!

This is an awesome DVD! The first three times I watched it I saw it the whole way through. Phil Collins and the band and performers with him have such high energy in this DVD that every time I see it or hear it played, I just feel good. It's very upbeat. The performance is done in the round and they carry it off very well. What a concert!

At His Best!
For me, this is Phil Collins at his best. I bought this DVD quite a few years ago and it got lost when I moved! I have now purchased another copy and am so glad I did. This DVD gives you something for everyone and all at a fantastic pace. The Stage Setting is one of the best I have seen, giving an "all round" view.(For us and the Audience)The Musical Gems are everlasting and beautifully performed by fantastic musicians and vocalists..simply THE BEST from Phil Collins.
