Yes it would cool my yellow down,, used straight not mixed in with condioner, hard to find in shops

Good product easy to Use and takes away the brassy yellow.

To be honest I found this did nothing to my hair even when I left it on longer the second time. Wouldn't but this again.

Very grateful this helped my hair, I wanted to dye my hair my own blonde colour to brighten it up a bit, got a semi-permanent dye and accidentally went BRIGHT ORANGE! So I put another semi-permanent dark blonde over that and it went to a darker, but still orangey-red colour. Got this thing to see if it'll help lessen the red and if it went ice silver then even better as I love grey hair lol. Moving along, I mixed 10 drops with conditioner, slathered head, needed to do another 10 drops in more conditioner and slathered head, on third use my red has died down (or dyed down, a-ha, kill me lol), I leave it in for half an hour! Box says like 5 minutes but I feel that isn't long enough to do anything/was what I did first time and it didn't really do much, and it's conditioner so it's not like it'll do damage to leave it in for ages lol. So it's not perfect, definately not 'ice silver' or grey, but it looks pretty much my natural blonde colour again so I'm using it for the forseable future to keep away the brassy orange red I accidentally did to myself. I'm a guy in need of a hair cut, but my hair is still not as long as most of this product users hair will be, so this one bottle has lasted me 3 conditioner soaks thus far, of 10 then 20, then another 20 drops, not sure when it'll run out... hopefully runs out once the orange monstrosity grows out or fades lol Photos of orange/red prior to the first use, and right now after the third use.

Used on coloured blonde hair with natural white / light grey roots. Using the highest amount of drops and conditioner this just made my hair softer and the white / grey a little brighter after a few goes.

With the release of House of the Dragon I wanted Targaryen silver hair again. I usually keep it white and didn’t want anything that would stain or not wash out. This is amazing! I take a handful of hair mask or conditioner, use more conditioner than they tell you to use or it’ll go patchy just adjust the amount of drops to compensate! Then I use between 3-6 drops of this and mix it together in my hands. Then I apply by scrubbing it into my roots first then I pull it through the ends. I’ll mix more if I need to because my hair is thick. I only leave it for 5 minutes and then rinse off. My brother complimented my hair colour the other day after using this, he never notices but said the colour was really cool. It banishes all yellow tones and if you want a more intense colour you just add more drops but I wanted a barely silver look and I love it! It washes out quickly which is a bonus for me because I can then have it white or use my pink shampoo for a little rose tone. It’s so easy to just throw it on after shampooing in the shower. No tint brush or bowl needed. It’s honestly effortless and I’m so pleased I tried it. It is not a dye though so if your hair isn’t basically white or a very pale yellow, think the inside of a banana peel, it will not work! So don’t buy if you have darker hair and think it’ll lighten it. It won’t. Other than that it’s amazing and a fab price. I’ve used it every wash since I got it and still have loads left.

I thought I would try the Ice silver to get rid of yellow tones due to my hair being naturally white/grey and the hair straighteners causing a yellow tone to my hair due to high heat. I wasnt quite sure how many drops but I pumped it 7 times. I wasnt sure how long it was on for but at least 2 minutes and it did almost get rid of most of the yellow. I am very pleased to have tried this. I use the drop it shrine and that's very purple, this was very grey once mixed with conditioner. I wasnt sure it would work but it did and next time I might try 8 to 10 drops/pumps and leave it a little longer.

These drops are a brilliant product. Instead of buying toners every few weeks/months that can dry the hair out, this can be a fab solution. You add 2 small drops to a weekly conditioning (use any hair conditioner) and rub through the whole hair - leave on max 2-3 mins and hey presto it's like you used a toner. If you put too many drops and leave on for say 5 mins it's going to be more like the colour of the drops. For example I use the purple in the summer to counteract the brassy in my blonde from the sun and sea. In the winter I use the silver drops on the darker blonde to give shine, remove any brassy and to blend the grey roots. If you experiment you can have great hair colour at a really low cost. NB. The first time I used purple I left it on 5 mins and my hair was a bit too purple. So I suggest a strand test first to see how your takes up the colour and to see how much to use in your handful of conditioner. Also I never bother with gloves as if you don't put the colour directly onto your hands and mix well into your usual conditioner they don't stain. Brilliant product!
