Shampoo was not good for Africian American Hair. When I used the shampoo my hair felt stripped ...so I just co wash with the rinse and use the deep conditioning treatmet followed by the rinse. It left my hair so soft and straight onl a light touch with the flat iron was needed and I loved the smell. Will defenitely buy again.
