I have always greatly struggled with my lower stomach and love handles. I don’t remember the last time I left the house without shapewear on! I cannot describe just how much I love this underwear! I am 156lbs, 5’3, and I usually wear a 10 in pants. I got a large and it fit absolutely perfectly! It sucked me in just enough without cutting into my body. I 10/10 recommend this product — it is incredible!

While these are a little tight around the hips, they help hold everything in place and help smooth the tummy area.

I'm 5'5", 180, size 12 with a "B" belly - a line at my belly button breaks up my pooch into two. This panty came up to my belly button, basically my natural waist, but the top 1/2 inch rolled down, despite not being super tight. I bought a L, maybe an XL wouldn't roll but not be tight enough. Dunno if it's my shape or what, but they weren't worth the cost. I'll return them and get other high waisted thong that do the same... But for less money.
