Inflatable pool drain plug fitting to regular garden hose works great!
Inflatable pool measuring 8’x 4’ x 2” holds over 200 gallons of water which I fill on our very sturdy deck for our grandson. The deck stands about 4’ above grade, attached to our house. The first time I gravity drained it from the bottom plug it made a mess under the deck, so I looked for a simple fitting to attach to the pool drain plug and use a garden hose to direct the water into flower beds or the lawn. This fitting does the trick. There is a single ridge on the inside diameter of the plug which catches the NPT side of the fitting snugly enough, and the garden hose tightens well enough on the GHT side of the fitting. It didn’t have to be watertight but it works surprisingly well. I didn’t want a brass or metal fitting because I didn’t want it to tear the pool liner or damage the plug. Winning solution!

Rare find
Van Enterprises PVC Garden Hose Adapter (Male 3/4" NPTx 3/4" GHT),.....Needed this for a pool conection in the salt water and couldn't used metal because of the seizing effect this solved the problem. Decent value but there's not another one arround so worth the price

Hose attachment
This device was what needed to hook up a rain barrel to my hose. Works well. To make sure you have a water tight connection use silicone tape and you’re all set. DWLondon

It works
It cost way too much. It’s for combing 3/4 in pipe to a 3/4 in hose bib. Male male ends. I could have got the brass one for less money . But I wanted to try the plastic version. Have not used it yet.

Worked perfectly.
A somewhat difficult part to locate, and worked perfectly. My only comment was I think it was overly priced compare to very similar fittings.

It fits.
Not exactly a fancy product, but it came faster than promised and is precisely what the listing states. Works great for converting a whole house filter to filter my garden hose and drip system water.

Did the job!
The product is as pictured. It worked perfectly where I was trying to connect a hot pipe to a cold over flow connection. Due to it being plastic it didn't pass the heat off to the connection like the brass one did. I would recommend purchasing this item if you need to connect a standard pipe fitting with a standard garden style hose fitting.
