Poor QC? internal cable too short
Just installed. Even adjusted to give the greatest length it still will not allow the slide to close. I'm guessing poor QC.

Wire to short
The steelwire inside the cover was a little to short. When mounted on the atv the idle was to high. I had to shorten the cover 5 mm to fit properly on the carburetor. The wire was set to the lowest bottom setting and not adjusted while mounting it. Now after modification it works great and the kids can safely drive the atv.
