Will these rust under normal outdoor conditions? i.e. antenna ground radials for ham radio

They are stainless steel. Under normal outdoor conditions I would say no rust. I use to work in a chemical plant and did see some stainless steel connectors rust. But it was rare.

Can these be soldered?

You need to use a ratchet crimper for these termimal rings. They are thick and heavy duty. Ive soldered these also

Can these terminals be crimped on?

WE HAD NO PROBLEM CRIMPING THE PART TO WIRE

It was amazing to discover that these high temp terminals we so difficult to find locally. I even checked with electrical supply companies and it was a no-go. So to find these and have them delivered within a few days was awesome and they worked flawlessly. They are high quality. I only needed two but for the price you actually get a whole bag. I'm very pleased with the product and the shipping and handling.
