Definitely Buy
This is one of the best things I brought as a swim aid. It really helped me focus on my pull without worrying about sinking legs.

Best Overall By a Huge Margin
This is my second Aviana leg float after losing the first one at the fitness center; ordinarily folks turn in items they find but it must have been a keeper. Whoever found it will have years to enjoy it because I don't think one can destroy this if used as directed. This float dries quickly, impermeable and has just the right firmness - not too soft but just firm enough. The unique design of one end larger than the other makes perfect sense which the user will find immediately advantageous (large end on the knee side allows for more buoyancy than the back side). It had helped improve my swim time for a 1000 meter free style from 31 minutes to 24-25 minutes, non-stop. It helped me to focus on my shoulder and arm strokes, yet helped with my kick rhythm. I'm 77 years old who didn't pick up swimming till I was 59 (when my orthopedic doctor recommended another sport other than tennis after several injuries). I'm glad I picked up swimming and this leg float made a huge difference after I bought the first one.

EXCEPTIONAL !
How could a pull buoy be exceptional ? (And who would ever think about writing a review for a swimmer's pull buoy! - aren't they all the same ?) The answer is the buoy's somewhat pebbly texture on the outside. It keeps the buoy in place - no slipping ! I have been swimming for a long time with a Masters' swim program. We have many buoy makes available to us, and they are essentially the same as one another. I bought this solely because of its color-lime green. I wanted my own, and distinctive from the others on deck to avoid mix-up. The company is unknown to me, and others. (Remember the larger end is oriented down and goes on the knee-side when swimming freestyle).

Perfect for Teenage Daughter
The Pull Buoy Swim Training Leg Float has been a great addition to swim practice, especially for my daughterโs swim team. It works exactly as expected and makes upper body training a lot more effective by keeping the legs properly supported in the water. The fit is comfortable and stays in place well during sets, which helps maintain good body position throughout the workout. It feels lightweight but still sturdy enough to hold up through regular pool use. For the price, itโs a strong value. It does what it is supposed to do without any issues and has been perfect for swim training sessions. Definitely a simple but very useful piece of gear for anyone on a swim team or doing lap training.

(Too) Buoyant ?
I have lower back problems so swimming is my favorite exercise. I thought Iโd try to add this into my routine but it puts a bit too much pressure on my lower back. No fault on the product but it may not work out for me.

Adequate
This product is adequate. But not as good as speedo. It is too wide and material too boyant.

Can't say enough.....
I do not use this product as illustrated. Rather, I bend my legs and hold it between my legs and pull the water with my arms. I keep my core tight while pulling and do 50 laps everyday in my 35 foot pool which has a deep end. I also do a bunch of exercises while gently holding this in my hands while in the deep end. It keeps me buoyant and frees up my legs to do scissors, etc. There are SO MANY things you can do with this little floatie! I bought a second one for my son and a third one tonight for my husband. I get a heck of a workout in the pool with this! Can't say enough about it. Going to bring this to my water aerobics class and encourage the instructor to use these for her classes.
