Reliable and Stable Power Solution – Perfect for High-Power Radio Equipment!
The Switching Power Supply DWC30WIN has proven to be an exceptional power supply for my amateur radio setup. This universal compact 13.8V DC power supply efficiently powers two of my 50W transmission radios, delivering stable, interference-free performance that’s ideal for high-demand radio operations. Here’s why this power supply stands out for radio enthusiasts and lab environments alike. Stable and Regulated Power Output One of the biggest advantages of this power supply is its fully stabilized 13.8V DC output. This stability is crucial for radio equipment, as it minimizes the risk of power fluctuations that could affect transmission quality. I’ve used it with two 50W radios simultaneously, and the power supply holds up with zero issues, providing consistent, clean power that keeps both devices operating smoothly and without distortion. Compact and Space-Saving Design The DWC30WIN is surprisingly compact, making it easy to integrate into any workspace or lab setup. Despite its small size, it packs plenty of power for multiple devices, saving valuable space without sacrificing performance. This compactness makes it a perfect fit for ham radio setups where desk space is limited and a tidy workspace is preferred. Quiet Operation This power supply operates quietly, which is a big plus for those who spend hours in their workspace. It’s engineered to minimize noise and avoid interference, allowing clear and uninterrupted radio communication. The lack of fan noise is particularly noticeable, providing a quieter and more comfortable operating environment for extended use. Universal Input for Flexibility With its 110V AC input, the DWC30WIN is compatible with standard home and lab AC outlets. This flexibility means I can use it anywhere with ease, from my home setup to a portable field lab. The universal compatibility makes it highly adaptable and dependable in a variety of settings. Overload and Short-Circuit Protection The built-in overload and short-circuit protection features offer peace of mind, especially when powering sensitive and high-power equipment. I feel confident leaving my radios connected, knowing the power supply is equipped to handle unexpected power surges or short-circuits, protecting my equipment from potential damage. Ideal for Amateur Radio Use This power supply is particularly well-suited for amateur radio applications. The 13.8V DC output is standard for most radio equipment, and its stable performance under heavy loads makes it perfect for powering high-wattage transmission radios without concern for voltage drops or power loss. It’s a dependable solution for ensuring clear, reliable transmission even during extended operations. In summary, the Switching Power Supply DWC30WIN is an outstanding power source for any setup requiring 13.8V DC, especially for high-power radio applications. With stable output, compact design, and essential protections, it’s ideal for both home labs and serious radio enthusiasts looking to power multiple devices with confidence. Highly recommended for anyone needing a dependable and well-designed power supply for radio and lab equipment!

Quite reliable.
It's quiet, fan does run during transmit but it's not loud and doesn't remain on.

Pretty good - I was worried.. HAM Radio Appliation
I needed a power supply for a 2M/70cm HAM 50W Radio. Thought I'd 'gamble' with a lower-cost chinese made supply. This was the winner. Amazon for some reason had severe problem actually making delivery, but eventually it arrived. Box was physically beat up, but the power supply inside was intact. Operation is as expected and smooth. There was complains about "FAN NOISE" , and so far I have *not* experienced this; although I admit I'm not running >15A constantly.... Supply does not get hot or any oddities at all... will continue to watch and update as this supply updates. Anyways, Give it a try.... seems like a nice supply. Only thing I'd "Like" to see would be a 12V cigarette output and a courtesy 2A USB port. They would have a real winner if they just threw small extras in like that!

Good Quality at a fair price
Working well with my ham radio. Low noise, plenty of stable amperage when transmitting. So far so good, hope it lasts because I like it.

Fan is distracting, loud, costantly running starting way too early. Temp setting set to early?
I do not get why this fan starts in no time at all and then stays running the rest of the day when the mobile is only listening and receiving nothing, and the case on the power supply is cool to the touch with the airflow being exhausted from the power supply also is cool. OVERKILL! WASTE! *#%&*! If I could easily adjust the fan start-up setting that would be nice! But I can't. This constant running fan will drain my backup power supply way too fast. Not a fan of the fan. Stuck.

Works
I use it to power several different transceivers and find the digital volt and amp meters to be accurate. Fan does tend to get a little noisy over time.

I would recommend.
This is a good supply. Fan can be a little noisy, but not bad as I would expect. I use for GMRS/HAM radio.
