I purchased this to replace the only number pad deadbolt that I had on the back door of my house recently and I am really pleased with it. The installation was very straightforward and easy to follow. The only note I would add is when you get to the step where you screw the battery compartment to the mounting plate make sure to apply extra pressure otherwise the pre-installed screws won't grab hold of the mounting plate behind it. Once they do grab hold though it pulls in close very securely. The hardest part of the install was removing the old deadbolt assembly that was jammed in the door. The overall look of the lock is very high class but without the high class price tag. The motorized lock mechanism moves smoothly. During the initial set up the lock will run a test and detect which direction move the lock (can be used on either side of the door frame) It will be interesting to see how it holds up next winter when it is below zero temps outside but so far I haven't had any issues. The included keys are a nice backup for winter or if the batteries die while you are out. It is also nice being able to go up to 8 digits on the access code instead of the standard 4. This lock is an offline model so there is no connectivity to it through Alexa/Google/Apple. Note: you will need 4x AA batteries as there aren't any included with the lock set.

I wasn’t expecting much because it’s pretty affordable, but it has worked perfectly from day one. Installation was easier than I thought, and setting up the codes took just a few minutes. I really like not having to carry keys all the time, and it’s super convenient for family and visitors. So far, I haven’t had any issues at all. The keypad responds quickly, and the auto-lock feature gives me extra peace of mind, especially when I’m in a rush. Overall, this lock is a great value for the price. Simple, reliable, and does exactly what you need it to do.

I just installed this lock and all went well. The directions are clear and concise. The lock is well made and good looking. I liked it so much I ordered another one right away. I highly recommend this lock. Update: received my second lock and installed it. I had to drill a 2 1/8 hole in the metal clad door on this one. But after a couple hours work it’s all in and working great. The first door already had the hole so it didn’t take as much time. These locks are great.

First time buying this brand, comes with the screws, the set up key needle pin, no batteries (must buy AA batteries separately). I did not give five stars since I have to purchase my own batteries, the smaller screws I had to replace with other size to hold well. Important part, the instruction video (use YouTube) before installing. You need an electric drill or handheld screw driver. Once you remove the old deadbolt, and replace using the new device, you must place only three batteries initially, using the needle pin key, press that in the tiny hole underneath the location below the battery section, then add the forth battery. Push and hold that needle pin key until you hear the machine beeps and automatically reset itself. This is a critical part, if this part doesn't happen your automatic door lock will not work no matter what you do after. You will likely be using the manual keys provided, which defeats the purpose of buying an automatic door lock. You can add as many as 8 or more codes to this lock which is great for when you have people renting your home, for house cleaners, and even for your family members. **Remember to delete those access code once, it's no longer needed. I am not a professional installer at all, I am not a paid endorser either, this automatic lock is as good as the expensive once you can purchase from Home Depot, Lowes, or etc. This doesn't come with fingerprints. The device is durable. The price is reasonable.

We installed this keyless door entry so our pet sitters can enter our house through the garage. We were hesitant to give them a key for fear the young adult might lose it. It was very easy for my husband to install it. The battery life is great. The auto-lock feature simple to use. The functionality is a lifesaver. And the ability to have different codes a plus. It's stylish and economical, too. I love it so much, I bought a second for my beach house!

This is my third or fourth time buying one of these—I've even given one as a gift. It's my favorite keypad lock. Great price, easy to install, super easy to program, incredible battery life (I've had one for three years and have never changed the batteries). My youngest kept losing his house key, and my husband and I both drive cars with keyless entry and starters, so carrying around that old ring of keys just didn't make sense for us anymore. I love this for the house cleaner, the dog-walker, my in-laws, my kids. Pro tip: give everyone their own code and use the last 4 digits of their phone number! No one's going to forget their own phone number, and no one has a key to lose!

Very impressed with the packaging, installation instructions, user manual, and video all included in the package. Installation and setup was very easy. They really took the time to provide great customer service with all they provided with the lock. Highly recommend and the lock works great!

This dead bolt lock is super easy to install and program. It fits nicely into the existing hole on my main door and I am very happy with this new door lock. BTW, I installed it in Singapore.

This keyless lock is absolutely beautiful and high quality. It fit our modern door nicely. It took some effort to turn the bolt in the inside hole to fit in the center but once done, the installation went smoothly. The instructions are clear and the lock works like a charm. It certainly has improved the quality and security of our home at a very reasonable price. Thank you for this wonderful product!
