Feels very good
Haven't used it yet but it feels great in the hand. A nice big handle and the flexibility seems perfect as it's a bit flexible but has some back bone as well. The "sheath" is barely adequate and the reason I didn't give it a 5. It barely covers the blade of the knife and doesn't give me confidence that it will hold it in there as well as I'd like Overall I'm looking forward to using it. It does seem nice

The Ultimate Spearfishing & Reef Fish Processing Blade — Huge Upgrade Over Standard Knives
Functionality & Performance I own a couple of Bubba Blade fillet knives as well as the standard white-handle Dexter, but I was constantly frustrated with how quickly they dulled. When processing thick-scaled reef fish like mutton snapper, hogfish, and grouper, standard edges take a beating just trying to get the initial cuts started. The dual-edge design on this Dextreme completely solves that problem. The upper serrated/scalloped section easily saws straight through tough scales and skin, preserving the ultra-sharp primary slicing edge for clean, effortless meat separation. It speeds up cleaning significantly and results in far less meat waste along the bones. Fit & Ergonomics The handle provides an exceptional, non-slip grip that stays secure in your hand even when wet or covered in slime. The flex of the blade is dialed in just right—stiff enough to punch through thick skin, but flexible enough to trace along rib cages smoothly. Size & Compatibility Blade Size: At 8 inches, it strikes the sweet spot for medium-to-large offshore catches like snapper and grouper, offering enough reach for long strokes without feeling unwieldy. Gear Compatibility: The knife packs neatly into a dive dry bag, making it a seamless addition to spearfishing trips so you can clean your catch right at the dock as soon as you step off the boat. Durability & Blade Life By letting the serrated spine take the abuse from scales, the main fillet edge retains its razor sharpness far longer than traditional single-edge blades. The steel is robust, corrosion-resistant, and built for saltwater environments. Installation & Sheath (Carry Setup) The included sheath is a huge bonus. It locks the knife securely in place, protecting both the blade edges and the inside of your dry bag during transit. It's ready to integrate right into your cooler or dive kit straight out of the package. If you regularly clean tough-scaled saltwater fish this knife is a massive upgrade over traditional fillet blades. Highly recommended!

Good grip, flexible, but strong, easy cutting.
Husband loves his knife, says it is very sharp, easy to use and easy to re-sharpen. Loves the flexibility, but the strength. Good grip so there’s no slipping. Highly recommend.
