I like this sugar substitute. It bakes up like regular sugar recipes. Not quite as sweet as sugar. I often use it as a 2/3 substitute when I am baking.

I use Swerve for everything Excellent sugar replacement. No aftertaste. Easy to use , measures 1-1 to sugar.

Might seem to cost more upfront BUT a 1 lb bag is nearly $10 locally!! Compared to the cost of a 3 lb bag…? Money saved, money earned! Does a great job in keeping my blood sugar stabilized and in range, has a good taste - MUCH better taste than monk fruit!! I’m pretty particular about artificial sweeteners - pink packets, blue packets, yellow packets - Nasty!! I purchase these 3 lb bags, usually 2-3 to keep stocked up. One day, soon, I will try the other products in this brand for baking and cake decorating too! Just need to find a product I like for baking cakes, cobblers, and other still.

I've been a baker for a long time, and with the diagnosis of diabetes, I'm learning to cook my favorite yummy goodies with Swerve. I made a peanut butter chocolate cake with a dark ganache yesterday and it's delicious! It doesn't even make a wobble on my glucose monitor, and everybody loves this cake. I also make a Southern Praline Bundt cake last week using Swerve as a replacement and it was equally well received!

So I like the sugar because as a diabetic I can make cookies and enjoy the holidays without feeling deprived or left out. The cookies are okay but a lot harder. Actually, most of the recipes are harder, but the flavor is good. I just need to adjust the recipes next year! The one unacceptable thing, especially for the price, is the packaging. The seal will not stay closed! You think and you know you’ve closed it, double and triple checked, just to come back and the package is open again. Yes, I can put it in my own packaging, but really at this price being 5 times that of pure cane sugar Why can’t they do better? Why should we accept this poor quality of packaging? I’m talking about packaging from the manufacturer NOT Amazon shipping package! Anyhow, if you buy swerve, make sure you repackage it after opening; especially the brown because it’ll be a rock when you are ready to use it the next time!

After struggling through ridding myself of SIBO, I keep sugar to an extreme minimum. This helps me handle my sweet tooth! It bakes so well, I used it to make brownies and you’d never guess I didn’t use regular white sugar! I also made an angel food cake with the confectioners’ variety and everyone commented that it was the best I’d ever made! Devoured that evening! I appreciate that it’s natural and low calorie and I can use it for a variety of dishes without worry!

I love this product! Helps with blood sugar regulation as I am a diabetic and working hard doing the Keto Diet and this is a product that everyone would love. Make baking wonderful and it really doesn't feel like low calorie either. Very happy with this and have baked many wonderful things from it! Quality!

I've been using this alternative for about a year now. You can not taste the difference in my opinion. I use this for everything, from adding it to my morning coffee to baking. No one can even tell that I use this instead of regular sugar in my baked good, which is amazing because they are picky. I have a major sweet tooth and so far it hasn't spiked my blood sugar or caused my a1c to go up. This is one of my favorites and I will continue to buy it, just wish they would lower the price a little bit.
