what are some exercises I can do with these bands and where can I find more exercises?

Thanks for your question, Justin! You can perform a number of upper body, lower body, and full body exercises with these resistance bands. For example, add resistance to make push ups or squats more challenging, or use these bands for a shoulder strengthening workout. You can find a seemingly endless list of resistance band exercises at this link: http://bit.ly/2fHFC6X

What is the thickness of the material?

Again, get in touch with the manufacturer.

what is the most outstanding advantage of this Resistance Bands?

Convenience is the biggest thing imo. I have CHF and COPD. So I have to exercise to strengthen my heart. Plain fact. Learning how to use one ain't difficult. You don't have to wear fancy gym clothes. All I have to do is take the ribbon out of my pocket. And use it for a bit as I build my endurance. Fancy weights and machines simply aren't convenient. My rehab instructor showed me a plastic barbell, some tubing with a pair of handles, and this green Theraband ribbon with a knot tied on each end. I was fascinated. Thing is, I'm a big boy, and really need the blue tape. If you do a little research, there's all kinds of ways to use this band. It's the wave of the future. Relatively cheap, it's the way to go for most folks.

What is the width of this band?

It is a standard width; probably about 3.5-4"
