Are the stones heat treated?

Yes, the stones are heat treated. I believe they were quartz prior to being treated, but that part is just a guess.

Are these crystals man made or natural?

In my set all the crystals are real, however the pendulum looks to be made from slices of man made materials.

How can I receive the exact same item color and shape I have ordered for healing purposes

The stone is totally natural, each one will a little vary from picture shown.

Has anyone gotten the Rose Quartz - not finding any reviews although it looks brilliant in the pic?

Yes I have! Mine was bigger than I thought it was gonna be! Mine is beautiful ❤️
