Well, I bought a couple of another brand of similar large wedge pillows, but ended up sending them back, as the quality was so poor & the angle way to severe. These arrived well packaged and on time, & on opening it was immediately obvious that the quality was top notch. The underside seems to be a thick waterproof type mesh material, and the main upper a high quality soft material. The cushion itself is a slightly firm memory foam; which I feel needs to be quite firm or the height advantage is lost. However it isn't overly firm and unlike others I have tried, isn't an over the top angle. It's just enough to stop Gord or reflux. It's also easing my neck and back ache somewhat too, & they are longer and wider than all others I've tried. I bought two again & when put together perfectly fit or fill the width of a double bed. Others claim to be long, but when measured are not the size they claimed to be, these however really are, with the extra length being key to reducing a severe angle so you don't slip down the bed or get a crick in the neck. All in all, these are a dream!

Pillow is comfy and is really helpful for relieving pressure on my heels after 2 operations but finding the cover irritates my legs.. ive since purchased another pillow case to put over it.. Update I just find it uncomfortable now; if I could I’d send it back considering the cost as having to buy a cover to go over it.. it’s certainly not as plush as the picture makes out.. Tbh I messed up.. I usually make sure a I buy direct from AMAZON! As then you know you can return no issues .. having to pay postage on a smaller item half the time it’s just not worth it

This product has vastly improved my sleep quality. I no longer experience silent reflux during the night.

Good quality at a great price. Needed a pillow to prop me up comfortably all night, for health reasons, and this is it. Really comfortable sleep

Really uncomfortable and hard

Does the job, but in the few weeks I've had it, it's reduced by half in thickness.

At first this seemed like it would work for raising my head at night but unfortunately after just 1 week it has an uncomfortable dish in the foam and does not recover its shape. The cover feels horrible, it is made of paper like nappy material and 'quilted' is stretch of the imagination, it is just a debossed pattern on the top of the nasty thin cover. The foam itself is like a rock, no side sleeping. The low angle is good for reducing my cervical arthritis pain when lying down but I will have to continue to find an alternative quality product. Also extremely disappointed that Amazon is charging me £3 to return this poor quality rubbish.

It’s ‘super ‘ firm so does need a soft pillow on top , but is a great height and width for just enough elevation after facial surgery for instance .. Took awhile to receive but I am happy with it .
