Auto Idle Stop Start Eliminator/Delete/Disable for Toyota RAV4 2020-2025

Works perfectly in my 2023 RAV4. The video instructions attached to the product made it clear how to install the device. Installation took less than 15 minutes. Everything came apart fine, the connectors fit perfectly, and the test came out clean - The auto idle stop "feature" was disabled on start. The button remained functional to re-enable it.

Very easy to install, but it did not work at all. 2025 RAV4. Possible update: I ordered and install a different unit. It came with instructions that told me that once the car is running, it needs to be off for at least 30 seconds otherwise it will not initialize properly and will not be in the off position. I did not know this one I installed this product so maybe that was my issue.

So as everyone knows and says, we all have complaints about the start/stop feature button feature. I am one of them. I ordered the start/stop bypass off Amazon and got it next day. Took me literally 2 minutes to do everything. I just took the spud lever and removed the climate control panel on the sides by the knobs, went above the start/stop button in the climate control center abscess and push the button forward. Came out, disconnected from the back, plugged in the bypass and put everything back in place. This post took longer to type than me doing the bypass stuff. Literally 2 minutes. Started up the car and boom. Bypassed. ‘25 RAV4 XLE

Works great. Only downside is if you shut the car off and restart it right away it doesn’t come back on. Takes a few minutes of off time to reset module. Not very helpful if you use remote start on a Toyota because they shut off when you open the door. Other than that love it.

Bought this for my 2025 Toyota RAV4 to eliminate the built-in auto start/stop feature. Installation was easy using the product videos as my guide. I can only give it 4 stars because it works most of the time, but occasionally fails to shut-off the auto stop feature when starting the car. Doesn't seem to matter if the car has been sitting unused for a day or only a few minutes ... it just occasionally fails to work. Other than that, it works OK.

I’ve had it for coming up on three years now. It works well. If the car has been running, and you turn it off and only leave it off for a minute or so when you start back up again, sometimes it won’t automatically disable the auto start. But under normal circumstances, it works as advertised. I would definitely recommend it.

Works perfectly on my RAV4. Easy to install if you know how just remove the aircon panel. It only took me about 4 minutes. Note: if you turn it off and restart immediately, it won’t work. The system needs at least 30 seconds of rest each time before restarting.

I installed this on my 2024 Toyota rav4, it was easy to install with the included tools, every time I start the car, this electronic device turns off the auto Start / stop feature. If you allow the car to constantly shut off when you come to a stop, and then start the engine back up, you are really shortening the life of you starter motor. The starter motor is an expensive item and difficult to replace, requiring lots of shop hours. The amount of money in gas that you might save, if you allow engine to stop at every red light, is such a small fraction compared to the cost of parts and labour to replace the starter motor when it fails.

Installed this device to get away from constantly resetting the START STOP feature. Easy to install after watching the U Tube video. Works fine, and no more resetting the button on every startup.
