Perfect dark chocolate for recipes and snacking
I had a few recipes that called for "bittersweet chocolate," and didn't know what that was! When I used unsweetened chocolate chunks, I had to throw the cookies away!! The cookies are a melty chocolate dream come true with this Ghiradelli chocolate. The quality and flavor of this chocolate is so good, we have been nibbling at one of the bars all week! I compared these to similar chocolate bars in my local stores, and these are the same money or even less. I love this product and will be buying again!

The best chocolate ever
Same great chocolate bars that I've been getting from local market, but they ran out so looked to Amazon and they arrived days ahead of scheduled delivery at half the price elsewhere. Delighted. Have a Best by date 2 years out but certain they will be consumed in a few months.

Best snacking chocolate available but wish it were 65% cacao. The 70% is a bit too bitter.

If you're looking for quality chocolate to make the fudgiest chocolate chip cookies, these are your best bet! I used these to recreate Levain-style chocolate chip cookies and they were a huge hit! Not too sweet, which is what I was looking for, yet packed with chocolatey goodness. You really can't go wrong with Ghirardelli and the price on amazon is the best I've seen so far! :)

Great Product but received the wrong item
I buy the 60% chocolate regularly and love it. I ordered the 60% chocolate but received the 72%. I didn’t return it because I buy the 60%, 72% and the 100% for different uses. I really wanted the 60% this time. I will put the 72% to good use though! Love the bitterness of the dark chocolates.

ONLY received 1 candy bar. Refund was issued.
My children seem to really like the Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Dark Chocolate. However, I only received 1 candy as opposed to a 12pk. I chatted online with Amazon and they immediately resent my order, at no cost to me. HOWEVER, yet again I received only 1 4oz candy bar, rather than the 12pk (48ozs) I paid for. The representative was very kind and simply refunded me the full cost of my order. Apparently, employees at the warehouse don't really that the box should not be opened and that it should ship as one entire order/12pk., .....no separation required.
